Bills is our family favourite. Good variety on the menu, always something for the kids. Would like it if they mixed it up a bit more though, would probably visit a bit more often!

A favourite brunch place. I had the veggie brunch this time, which was yum. Friendly service from one of the new waiters. Matcha latte was 'leng'as my daughter would say (very good). I was slightly disappointed that they put ice on smoothies which watered them down. Overall a lovely meal.

Really like this chain of restaurants in the UK and the one in St Albans is really nice. The staff was very friendly and the food is delicious. Personally I love the coffee latte from here!

All three of us enjoyed our 3 courses. Food was of good quality. Service was good if a little slow despite the restaurant being far from full.Staff were friendly and customer focused.

We had a nice breakfast. The service was great. The only thing I don’t understand is roast potatoes (which are small bits of potatoes) instead of hash browns. Such a stupid thing. Hash browns is perfect for breakfast. Those are good for Sunday roast. Before was better! Please put hash browns back !!!!!!!!!

I wanted to share my experience at Bill’s St Albans as I consider it to be a gem in London/Greater London area. The environnement is very clean and nicely decorated. The staff is just the best I’ve encountered: very professional, friendly, attentive to detail and there is a sense of community when walking in this Bill’s. Food came very fast, bar seems to be running smoothly, waiters smile and engage with customers. I wanted to write this feedback because despite staff shortages due to the pandemic, I feel this team deserves a big congratulations for exceeding expectations! A personal thank you to Terezia and the assistant general manager of Bills St Albans who made me feel so welcomed:)

Great food, we chose very basic food but it was all well presented and the service was amazing, very attentive and well paced out. Lost a star because they overcharged us, I realised once home as we were on a romantic date and didn't want to spoil the vibe by analysing the bill, it wasn't much but was an unpleasant surprise.

We are regular customers at the one in Welwyn Garden City - and there is a specific expectation from Bills as a brand. But when we visited the one in St Albans - it fell short of getting the order out on time - and keeping us updated on where the order was. I was struggling to understand why some of the customer who walked in after us were getting their mains and we were still waiting for the starter after 30 min waiting. When the food arrived the presentation was great - but it wasn’t anything special and with the wait it was simply the last hope of saving the day out. The burger we had order was soggy and that was the biggest let down. Would recommend if your looking for a average burger or meal - but expect a wait and it’s not something I would recommend if your looking for a spectacular meal.

First visit and very impressive. Great care taken against Covid-19. Food was prepared very well and attractively served up. Good free WiFi in the rear of the building. Odd they don't big up the ingredients a bit more, my sirloin was very tender so properly aged and well sourced and the strawberries in my Eton Mess were way better than standard supermarket ones. My 3 fellow diners were copious in their praise, what more can you want?
