The Oasis in St Albans

Poor service and long wait. Food was raw. Chips weren’t fresh and were reheated. Took back food to get a refund, they refused. Their policy is no refunds allowed unless manager is present. Food and service was very disappointing. Avoid!

Absolutely amazing food. First visit and will definitely be going back. The flavours were so tasty and such a choice of lovely dishes.Staff were very attentive and decor is so authentic 😍

I came back after long time, I must say I really we really did enjoy our meals. They were delicious.The service was also very good👍 unfortunately I don't have pictures of everything we ate.

I have never had a bad meal here in my life. The food is incredible with meals that’ll melt in your mouth whilst leaving you pleasantly satiated instead of bloated and stuffy. The customer service is at best charming, and at worst very polite. The prices are very reasonable especially compared to the CONSIDERABLE portion sizes (which are about x1.5 - x3 the size of other restaurants for a cheaper price). And to top it all off, parking is also incredibly easy to find! 10/10 couldn’t get any better if you tried!

Service was terrible. Please allow at least 30-50mins to be served starters.Waiter hardly spoke English and had a difficult time taking our order and we had to ask them for cutlery - she would bring back only a knife, then a fork etc.Food also came individually so half the table was awkwardly empty.Decor was good. Food was fresh and good - just the service let it down.Very unfortunate :(

Ordered a lamb dish as a takeaway - half of each piece of lamb was fat and gristle. Terrible! I will not be ordering from here again

Absolutely delicious and authentic food, freshly made and served as generous portions. Great service with friendly staff and a nice ambient setting with nice decor. Would highly recommend.

I had a very good dining experience with THE OASIS. Its truly Mediterranean and middle east type of restaurant. Dishes which I have ordered were really delicious and made in authentic middle east style. Prices of dishes were reasonable and not too expensive. Ambience reflects middle east style. One should try this restaurant once for sure.
