Great atmosphere. Lots of vegan options. The food was yummy and the service was good. We got a peanut butter shake that was meant to be a drink but the two of us could barely finish half of it. It is way too heavy and thick and filling for a drink, it would work more as a dip like hummus.

We went to Megan's for Mother's Day and the portion sizes were large so my mum decided to take some of her food home as she did not eat all of it. On opening the food later that day, she saw that the meat was discoloured so she decided to wash off the tomato based sauce that the meat was covered in and to her horror the meat is clearly rotten. I am disgusted with the quality of food here. It has made both my parents ill. I will be complaining to head office. We spent £188 to get sick. Wow.

Absolutely lovely decor & atmosphere inside and out.Staff were there, but sometimes very slow, even on a quiet night.Food was ok, but I'm not a big fan of Mediterranean food, so add some salt to that. It's always good to try new food.Still I'd probably go again, as the company was exquisite!

Had a lovely brunch with a friend here on a weekday. Plenty of tables available. Ambience was amazing. The food was great too. Stayed on for desserts too and orange almond cake was to die for. Loved everything will definitely return!

Brilliant place. Great ambience. Lovely location. Superb food. Just cozy and nice to visit anytime of the day. Courteous and polite staff. Great service. Reasonable price. I am glad I found this as a way out of daytime monotony. Highly recommend.

Great place. Brilliant food. Good (ISH) service.We arrive on time for a table booked and things were running behind, so asked to wait at the bar. Waiting 15 minutes before someone asked what we wanted to drink.The rest of the service was good and the food was excellent.My son (21 and not drinking) banged his head on the door when exiting the building. They have a big glass door and he didn't see it (with it being glass).It is illegal in the UK not to put some kind of sticker on this type of door. Please sort it before someone really hurts themselves!

Food was amazing! Staff were friendly and let us pick our table. Will 100% be returning.

Service was appalling, which is a shame as the venue was pretty and clean. Food was lovely too, unfortunately it was ruined by the service at every opportunity.We arrived 10 mins late for our reservation and the table wasn't even ready for us. Restaurant was nowhere near full, maybe two or three tables and I could see staff around so not sure why this was.We ordered at about 5.40, starters arrived promptly and then we were left waiting for circa an hour and a half. Eventually (when we managed to flag down staff as nobody was checking on us or any other table, or even looking in our direction!) we were told the waitress hadn't even 'mains away' our main meals so the kitchen hadn't even begun preparing them yet. When we got our mains, they had missed off a side, given one person the wrong chips and one of us had the wrong order entirely. This was rectified pretty quickly, but still shoddy considering.The nearest they had to lemonade was cloudy lemonade which made for an interesting spritzer. Soft drinks were ALL around £4 too.Once mains were finished, eventually they came to take the plates away. They took two and again we were abandoned for another half hour. We had to flag them down AGAIN just to have the plates cleared and ask for the bill. We were going to order desserts but quite frankly didn't have the extra hours to waste. We had been there almost 4 hours by this point.Refused to pay full price so they just knocked off the service charge. Pretty minimal. For this reason we wont be returning. It is a shame as the venue was pretty, clean and the food was good!

This was our first time at Megan's and we really enjoyed it. Our server was fantastic (I'm sorry I can't remember her name), the food was delicious and fresh and the decor was instagram worthy (making my daughter very happy). There were loads of vegetarian and vegan choices as well. I would recommend and will be back.

Really enjoyed my first visit to Megan's! The staff were very welcoming...especially the lady who greeted and seated us! I brought my little dog along with me and he was kindly offered biscuits and water too! The interior is lovely, great for instagram. Food and coffee was great, tasty and well presented...one of my boyfriends poached eggs wasn't done runny so he asked for another- the staff were apologetic and quick to rectify.The menu is accessed online. I didn't have good reception inside but there is wifi...otherwise incase maybe check out the menu beforehand.Otherwise, all around excellent service from the staff... will be back!
