I took my Mum here for brunch yesterday. The staff could not have been lovelier, the service was phenomenal and the food was absolutely fantastic. I ordered the roasted courgette chickpea and quinoa salad which was so delicious and fresh and my Mum had the pancakes with bacon and I tried some and they were so fluffy and the portions for both were very generous! I struggle with anxiety and was having a particularly difficult day and the whole experience of this wonderful cafe completely made my day. Thank you to all of the staff we will definitely be back! I cannot praise this place enough. I went with my family for breakfast, there was 7 of us. Seated by polite and helpful staff. Menu was amazing for children and adults. Food was delicious, fantastic portions. My daughter didn't want an egg so the guy gave her a pot of hash brown bites that were delicious. The pancakes 🥞 were to die for. Staff fantastic. Will definitely be returning.

My new favourite place. I’ve been here 3 times now and every thing I’ve tried has been delicious. Good vegetarian breakfast. It’s quite busy but we were squeeze in each time. Also they’re kid and dog friendly, amazing! The staff are friendly the manager had a blunt demeanour but then I don’t mind that as he gets the job done.Only negative is that the terrace is often closed even when the weather is fine outside.

The food here is so nice!!! The quiche was very comforting and sandwich nicely seasoned. Lovely place for a lunch and mooch round the nursery. V friendly service too!

Me and my partner went for a late brunch on a Sunday and absolutely loved it!Liam (who I believe was in charge) took us to our table straight away and explained the menu.We were shocked at the food options. We were expecting a breakfast/cafe type menu, but it was far more in depth.I had the Duck waffle which was perfect and my partner had the truffle and feta mushrooms on toast. Both excellent.Service was spot on too. Such a little gem we didn't know about.Recommend booking as it was packed. My only slight feedback was the amount of families with small babies making noise. But we did go in peak time and it's clearly very popular!

Probably the best Sunday brunch that I have had in a while.Ì had the mushroom toast which was packed with button mushrooms and oyster mushrooms which had a hint of pickle (not an overpowering taste so do not be put off by the pickle ) with a poached egg and goats cheese moose. This had topped any breakfast that I have had in a long time .The only thing that could of made dish better would be if there was one more poached egg (but Im a foodie so I can never have enough). My partner had eggs Royal which also did not dissppoint. The hollandaise sauce was perfect in flavour.A lovely farm breakfast spot and a 'must visit'.

My first visit here was a really pleasant experience. Happy and helpful staff, lovely food and a brilliant out of town location with plenty of parking. Almost didn't want to give a review as would prefer to keep this place secret! Highly recommended

I just wanted to say what a fabulous meal we had today! The service was friendly and attentive and the duck waffle was absolutely delicious! I am not a great waffle fan normally but the description sounded intriguing and I was not disappointed at all. I will definitely be back to enjoy it again and if you ever feel like sharing the recipe I would love to try and replicate it!!

The Potting Shed is a little gem of an eatery. We're from out of the area so trying for the first time send returned a couple of days later, as it was so good. The service was exceptional, especially the lady who looked after us on the Sunday, who was obviously very experienced. The food was outstanding too. I had the Full English and added black pudding, which was rather expensive, but it was very good quality. Nice little food shop and small garden centre too. We'll be sure to visit again when next in the area.
