The Shaken Cow in St Albans

i have just arrived to the harpenden shaken cow at 5:35 to see them closing the doors and turning us away- i wouldnt be so angry if the google web says its shuts at 5:35 but it doesnt! it says 5:45 on the website i have just travelled 20 minutes from where i live for a milkshake, i think it was ridiculous just because the workers obviously wanted to get closed up before it actually shuts! ridiculous im very upset

Always lovely when you go here. So many flavours. Thick and tasty shakes. Lots of other goodies as well. The team are great too! Well worth the visit.

Absolutely awful! I went into the shop and told them I have an alergy and they asked for my age. They told me as I was under 18 they couldn’t serve me! This is awful behaviour and nobody with an alergy should be turned away because they Arnt an adult. RIDICULOUS. NEEDS TO BE SORTED OUT. I HAVE BEEN SERVED BEFORE UNDER 18 SO WHY CHANGING NOW

Always guaranteed a gorgeous shake from here. So much choice and so many different flavours. A little expensive but as a treat, is got to be worth itThe hot chocolate is devine!!Great job guys. 👏👏👏👍👍

About a zillion calories per drink, but that's precisely why it gets 5 stars. Staff aways lovely

Staff is always lovely! I love the milkshakes and the cookie dough is just so delicious! I really appreciate all the safety steps they have taken during covid and the care with which they make the drinks!

My son tells me the milkshakes and smoothies are amazing, and it's very popular with local children and teens.It is eye-wateringly expensive though - £5.95 for a smoothie, which for us at least makes it a rare treat as opposed to a regular one.

The milk shakes are delicious and the children love them just as much as the adults.They need a bigger shop though as the crowds gather outside sometimes.

My son loves his milkshakes. But due 'to social distancing' he is not allowed. Why? Because he has an allergy. Utterly disgraceful. Cafe Nero will serve him, Costa will serve him. Shaken Cow cannot be bothered and blame Covid. I do not welcome this shop in our community.
