New owners so everyone learning as they go. Emergency chef for the day struggled to make mash potatoes! Pleasant staff. Potential to be good. Lovely quaint pub in a pretty village.

Turned up at 3pm mid week not expecting to be able to get food, but arrived to a very warm welcome and enjoyed a great pint and fab peanut butter burger. Highly recommended - exactly what a pub should be.

Nice friendly, quite pub just near M1Dog friendly , Always a good sign ! ;)Food menu looks very good with a sdifferent " Theme " each day ( ie . Tuesday is " Pie night " .Average prices ie £12.95 But we did not eat in on this occasion .
