If I could I would rate it with 0 starts. I had issue with my last order. I called the restaurant explaining that my pizza was not good, too oily and so impossible to eat. I asked for a new pizza and they just told me NO. They weren’t able to replace it. Just unfair! I spent 20£ and I’m still starving. 70% of pizza into bin. Never again tops pizza

Clearly states 'Any 7 inch Pizza' but the guy working kept saying Pepperoni, another stating 2 toppings. I'm telling the guy ANY but wouldnt have it, not buying from here again

PURPOSELY OVERCHARGES CUSTOMERS who have been drinking and our guard is down in making payment. I caught him overcharging me and a friend on two separate transactions, when I left a message for the manager to call back to complain, within 24 hours the "pending transaction" has been cancelled and correct amount debited.

I love their pizza, I really do. But charging £4 (or £2.50 or £1.25 ... depending how you order) is ridiculous and forces me to go elsewhere. Tops need to review their new delivery policy ASAP as it’s quite frankly, stupid.

I have never binned a full takeaway in my life until this evening. I should have trusted the reviews. Ordering a vegetarian hot, the pizza was greasy as hell, over saturated with mountains of cheese and the base was extremely soggy. Genuinely the worst pizza I’ve ever had in my life. We had two slices as we were very hungry and the rest has gone in the bin. £20 down the drain. I will stick to the franchises in St Albans now. The only redeeming comment and reason I offered a star was that the manager when I called was polite and offered a replacement, but it was far too late for that at past midnight!

Tops doesn't look that great from the outside and, to be fair, the tables and chairs could do with smartening up. However, their pizzas are fresh, very tasty and don't scrimp on toppings.The special is a beast, covered in just about everything they could get their hands on but it's a great deep pan old-style pizza. Not classy - but very, very satisfying.
