Lovely little place! Great service, atmosphere and food. I had the brunch bun replacing the sausage for vegan and it is genuinely the best bun I've ever had! Also the hash brown bites were awesome. Thanks all at Hatch!

VEGAN MENU AVAILABLE!The staff were very accommodating and were super quick with their service! Delivered all our food with a smile and answered our questions as it was our first time here so didn’t know what to get. The food was delicious (ordered the sweetcorn fritters, falafel burger which came with chips and tater tots they were so GOOD😫) we left with full stomachs! Will definitely come back👏🏽

Great food! Will be back if I’m ever in St Albans again. Lots more to try on the menu! Parking around this place is atrocious but that’s not the establishments fault.

The best brunch in St Albans!Have been here a couple of times and would highly recommend. Very very tasty. (Hash brown bites are a fab accompaniment to any cooked breakfast).I would advise booking though as it can get very busy on the weekends and is quite small.

Amazing food! Went there for brunch and had a "Dirty Reuben" sandwich, with a side of salt beef. Probably the best sandwich I've ever eaten, and the salt beef was cooked to perfection, it literally melted in your mouth. Flawless meal. 5/5.

The brunch was delicious... A good find for sure. Not too busy and luckily didn't need a reservation on a Saturday afternoon as it was a spontaneous day. Staff was really friendly. Halloumi cheese and avocado bun was devine, especially with the recommended sweet spicy chilli sauce. Could have eaten two it was that delicious. The eggs, chorizo and avocado on sourdough bread was good too... The poached egg with it was cooked perfectly... Runny yolk and the colour so rich and tasty. Lovely experience and would recommend and definitely will go back. There were options of vegan and gluten free menu. Quick service without feeling like you are rushed.
