I used to be a big fun of Prezzos Norwich. The 2 restaurants have close down. This restaurant the food tasteless. Customer service non existent. Order a bottle of wine but got the wrong one. Only notice after 1 glass ,has had a beer first. Then thought was too late to complain. Starter was 3/5 main 1/5 overall 2/5. Won't be rushing back

We had a lovely meal to celebrate my partners birthday. The food was exceptional and we enjoyed everything. Thank you to Viktoria for looking after us and making the evening special.

Lovely food and good value for money. The ambience was a little dull; not sure if they've changed the lighting as it seemed much better a couple of years ago. Decor a bit tired.

Absolutely delightful food. Extra care is taken to separate gluten free orders from regular orders. The pizza I had was gluten free and vegan, even the pepperoni slices were vegan! I was sceptical of the pepperoni, but it was enjoyable. Starter of olives were noted gluten free, too. It was lovely to see allergen friendly kids options! Only downside was the pathetic size of my coffee (pictured) although it was very nice.

Had a lovely lunch with family at prezzo, very friendly waiters, we were given complementary drinks to enjoy with our lunch😁👍 which was very filling. will definitely be going there again.

I visited Prezzo in Bury St Edmunds earlier this evening and whilst the young girl serving us was very polite, the overall service was shocking. I had been seated for near enough 30 minutes before anyone even asked if we would like a drink. Whilst ordering our drinks, we placed our food orders. The starters came out over 20 minutes later, alongside a side asked for with a main. After we had eaten our starters, we had to wait 45 minutes for our mains- this would not have been a major issue had we have had no children and been asked if we would of liked some more drinks. In order to receive our mains, we had to approach a member of staff at the bar who wasn’t very friendly. Upon receiving our mains, we had no cutlery and a item was missing off of one of the plates, so we asked the waitress and her reply was ‘well I did ask them’, we also sent a meal back due to it being extremely burnt. We then proceeded to order one last drink with our mains but the drink brought over was the wrong one. Overall, shocking service from Prezzo and I probably would have received better service in McDonald’s.

Had the table booked at 5, so as to be finished in time for a 7 PM pantomime with the kids. Arrived a 10 mins early and was accommodated. Starters and mains ordered and dealt with with before 6pm ordered the kids dessert at 6.05pm., had to leave at 6.45! Still not arrived and I paid for them .... table server was very polite and apologetic, however I feel a 40 mins wait +for two kids desserts was a bit extreme. Put a real downer on our family night out..!!

Decent food, but slower than usual service. Waited until after our starters came to receive our drinks. From being sat until we got drinks was 10 minutes minimum.

Great food and service on take away. I’d like to dine here one day when covid control is better across the population. For now take away will do. I’ve had their bolognese spaghetti twice and enjoyed it. I had also tried their mozzarella appetizer and really liked that as well. Decided to give their pizza a shot, vesuvio, and that too was very delish! Will for sure be trying out more on their menu.
