Burger King in St Edmundsbury

Staff were very nice. Table service and brought me and my son a burger king hat and a colouring sheet for my son. Food was nice and quick but over priced.

Would give 0 stars if possible. Ordered 2 vegan burgers and was given 2 meat burgers which they'd wrapped in the usual whopper packaging (not plant based wrapping) but put a massive v in permanent marker on it in the hopes of fooling the consumer. No apology. The staff did it on purpose.Absolutely disgusting

Absolutely CHILLING experience, i ordered the burger thing and fed myself till i was sick to the guts 🤢🤢 They also forgot the potato bits and bobs. Food was also colder than the surface of Pluto. ⚽️ Such a shambles of an establishment will definitely be coming again.Cheers,Paul

Went in to try the vegan range (which was nice) but a long wait because delivery drivers getting priority. Not many staff so floors and tables were dirty. No disrespect to staff 🤛🏽

Never had an issue ordering Bacon Double Cheese XLs with salad until I was served by a fairly rude assistant manager today. She insisted I order a double whopper add bacon and cheese, but it's way more expensive. Manager then lies to me saying it works out cheaper when I know it doesn't, and proceeds to tell me corporate doesn't like it when people do this (likely another on-the-spot lie).Order was incorrect on receipt, didn't realize until I picked up my food at the counter. Same manager didn't care to fix issue. Makes me really wanna go back there soon!

McDonalds is way better, go there instead, service is much better and employees are the best.

10th February 1600, 5minute wait, still got a cold burger, and chips, disgusting/ never again. Why do these people think it's acceptable to serve cold hamburgers as it's OK because it's what they do normally.

I don't know what has happened to this place because I used to go in there as a rare treat and treat myself to a nice burger and the burgers were always hot and were nice. I went in there a few weeks ago and the burger I got wasn't good. It was warm. I didn't like the look of the bacon on it either. It was like a soggy greyish pinky red colour. Gross. It didn't look like crispy bacon to me. It actually put me off.The bathrooms weren't as clean as they could be either.What a difference a year and a half can make.

Feels like they have 1 staff member in the whole store, thus taking them about an hour to make a 99p burger? Either get some more staff or advise the customers that their order will take about 3 years so may aswell go maccies.

I’m rating this BK in comparison to other BK’s I’ve had in the US, on bases, and a few other locations abroad, and not strictly as if I’ve never had BK before. I’ve placed an order on Deliveroo on a Tuesday/4ish pm and received my food in 11 mins. I do prefer the BK here and would order from them again if I were craving something it, which is rare to begin with. I find this UK BK less salty, which is a preference.
