i’d give it 0 but i cant, burgers completely burnt tasted really gross. fries horribly dry and no flavour at all. mac n cheese just tasted disgusting i’ve had it all before and it’s been great but the last year you guys have really gone downhill. only good thing was the milkshake and the lady who delivered it .

We had a delivery - burger tasted great and surprised the chips came crispy as often takeaway chips can go soggy. Gutted they didn’t have the blue cheese dip today 💔 maybe next time

·

Sadly their burgers have become smaller and the meat always comes medium, does not matter what you ask for.Still tasty but they've seem to have lost quality in the past 2/3 years.PS: bring back the mac&cheese balls

Great place, the pickle beer was good. Workers were nice too.

The front of house staff are very efficient and friendly and the food was very nice.I personally think its a bit over rated and the pricing is also extortionate. It cost £12 for a standard burger with no chips or drink included! £12 just for beef in-between a bunI ordered a byron burger with fries and a bottle of diet coke (diet coke was a tiny bottle and cost £3) ... mine totaled £18 just for a burger, fries and drink even though if says on the menu at lunch you can get all that for £12.99 between 12-2 Mon-Thurs. When I asked the waitress she said "oh we aren't doing that today" despite it being 1pm on a Thursday ?When I got home my banking app told me I'd gone overdrawn so I checked and they had charged me £28 meaning now my bank was charging me for everyday I was overdrawn until I got payed by my work. I quickly contacted byron to tell them there was a mistake and asked if I could be refunded £10 so I wasn't overdrawn anymore. Got a series of emails claiming no card payments for £28 were taken on that day and that none of the front of house team had said they'd accidentally taken too much so basically Thomas, one of the managers, thought I was lying.I responded saying I was happy to provide evidence and show the card transaction and its been 6 days with still no reply. I won't be back, its a shame as I did like it as a once in a while treat but after being overcharged then distrusted and ignored I feel very disappointed and cheated

The staff actively avoid customer engagement. Whether it is nerves or a lack of training, waiting staff should ALWAYS be there to talk with customers, get to know them and at least engage in eye contact and acknowledge your presence as a human being. It seems the trend to employ young, naive and shy teenagers. Why do none of your staff know how to make their customers happy or comfortable???There was one waitress, Kelly, who appeared to be running around like a headless chicken trying to catch up with a restaurant that seemed extremely under staffed. One of the waitresses I saw moved slower than a snail covered in glue and actively avoided even looking at me over 5 times when she walked passed my table.I used to come to your restaurant last year. The staff were pretty decent back then but apparently they all went back to University. It seems you've replaced them all with shy teenagers who look like they don't even enjoy living in their own bodies. Even the big chef who looked like he loves lifting weights decided that walking past whilst looking grumpy and starring at me was a nice thing to do!!Kelly showed interest in me, smiled...gave eye contact when needed and made the trip enjoyable. If it wasn't for her I would have just walked out....Train your staff or at least employ real human beings that are happy and have time for others. Showing interest in your customers brings them back....just in case you didn't realise that.P.S. It might help if you operated on normal menus and not QR codes which only dilutes the customer/employee interaction. It's very cold and only serves to make YOUR lives easier whilst cutting out the customer....

Really good burger here. All tasted really nice, skin on fries were amazing as well. Weekday deal of a cheese burger, fries and a coke for £9.95 was very good. The waitress was very helpful and was always smiling. Would deffinately recommend this place if you want a decent burger.

Unfortunately, burgers that arrived were completely burnt, inedible. I do not know what caused it, but the person who prepared them must have seen what happened and just ignored it. We feel very disappointed and for sure will not order again.

Really nice staff served us when we called in late recently, no rush to get us out, and the burgers were just great. Good service and no complaints here.Veggie burger, onion rings and salad top notch.

The food was good, the staff nice, we got our main before we had finished our starter, it was piping hot , nice and tasty, a bit pricey as for two with a starter each, a main chicken burger each and a coke each . it came to just over £36.00 for us.
