Coffee and cake sat outside with our dog. Good service, clean cafe.

Always like this Nero. Great coffee and friendly baristas.

Pleasantly served by a young lady with dark hair.She was quick to make my flat white and took safety into account by double cupping my coffee.Very smiley and great attention to detail.I used the app to pay, which still collect the reward stamps but also provides contact less payment.

Great place in the middle of Bury St Edmonds! Nice people.. amazing front windows... free WiFi... tasty coffees and cakes... not to forget legendary pain au chocolates 😇
