Quiet cafe on the edge of town. Good selection of snacks and drinks.

Nice little cafe with local cakes and savouries. Antique shop was ok, I was looking for some old lamps

Nice coffee but the cakes are to die for. Adjacent to Castle Park so a gentle stroll will work up an appetite.

Desperate. Piled high so you daren't touch anything, badly organised. Only decent stuff on ground floor. One member of staff who couldn't be bothered to say hello, or even look at you. I'd suggest the dealers there find somewhere else to trade. Thousands of books on top floor with no decernable order, not subject, fiction, non-fiction, not even colour or size.

Popped in for a coffee and drink for my toddler. Noticed the bottle of juice was a month out of date so asked for a fresh one. They only had 2 bottles so the lady refunded instead which is fine. However, on my way out I noticed she’d placed the bottle back on the shelf for sale. This is completely unacceptable and quite frankly unlawful.

A shadow of what it was some 2-3 years ago, and some tight corners! Cue fear of knocking something over. Still a few good dealers: pictures, furniture and silver stood out to me most, and of course there is the tea room!

Always love to visit here. Lots of vintage items to look through and somewhere nice to have tea and cake overlooking Clare country park. Sad that the display areas are now more restricted due to a large portion of the building being sold for accommodation but it's still a nice place to stop.

phenomenal place! it has the best coffee, the most delicious cakes - portions are massive as well! it also serves the best sausage rolls and bacon baps! it has fantastic customer service. and that's only the tearoom part of it! the antiques part is stunning and you can find some great deals on truly great furniture, painting, books and much more! very much recommend for anyone who's in Clare to visit.

This is gem of a place. All kinds of great items on 4 floors. Something for everyone if you like antiques and pre loved items. Stopped for a cream tea while visiting. The toilet was a tad scary hence the 4 stars because I lived the rest. Worth a visit!

In addition to a large antiques shop ober several floors, there is a pleasant tearoom with indoor/outside seating options, on mix and match furniture presented on mix and unmatched crockery. The delightful young staff team are professional, polite and diligent. The light snacks menu is supplemented by specials although it's easy to miss these (as we did) because the specials board is actually a mirror. We had a salmon bagel and brie and grape toasted sandwich, each served with a good fresh coleslaw, dressed salad and crisps. Tea and homebaked cake was also very satisfying, tasty and good value. Not tucked away if you use the main public car park in Malting Lane, the entrance of which is immediately adjacent. Dog refreshments are also available.
