Domino's Pizza Haverhill in St Edmundsbury

Staff are great, food great, delivery service 10/10.(Updated June 2022)Sadly the store has become very short of staff, want staff they do have, work hard for the pay they are given, should be more but that will cut into the owners profit and that will never do! Your delivery driver isn’t at fault for your pizza being late,please remember that.Tips are always welcome 😉

Was on my own this weekend so I decided to have a pizza so I ordered two for the price of one really enjoyed them really filling staff very helpfull

pizza arrived cold, and i called up to complain 5 times and no one answered. finally got through and they told me i was wrong. never ordering dominos again.

Ordered online and went to pick up .had to wait more than an hour infront of this store .when enquired the staff says they can’t find my order?!! Left the store empty handed..lost my time and money. Goodbye domino’s..

Ordered online went to shop order not found went home dominos called 4x as they have found..asked for refund as bought kfc instead. Until at this time no refund yet. Very disappointing with service.

Awesome pizzas, always tasty.We opt for the deals (2 for tasty) as best value and perfect for a hangover cure!

The food is good, never had an issue with that with this store.However, unless you take advantage of a deal, for example 2 for Tuesday it is very pricey for Haverhill.The store two doors down sells great pizza's for the fraction of the price. They are definitely the most expensive pizza store in Haverhill if you're just looking for 1 pizza.

Customer service skills are poor with inaccurate order taken and then very rude when I told the girl there was some missing items she said that was what was ordered even though I said I had definitely asked for the other items with a number of staff all congregating to intimidate and shout at us. All she needed to do was apologise and say she would add it and it would of been fine. An awful experience and the pizza was stone cold by the time we got it too.
