Popped in Saturday for lunch with a friend. Staff were really friendly with good speedy service. Food was really good and tasty. The whole restaurant was spotlessly clean. Couldn't fault it.

Visited the Bury St Edmunds branch today and had a brilliant meal. Our waiter Ryan was very personable and made our visit! It was great to come back to the restaurant and see a familiar face who remembered us!

If I could give zero stars I would, appalling service, food was horrendous all cold and barely edible. Table at the side of us had the exact same issues. Was in their for over 2hours and still had not received desserts. The place needs all new kitchen staff. The staff out front avoid eye contact as they have to deal with kitchens slowness. It was not even busy. I visited on the 21/02/22. What a waste of £80

Ordered spicy sausage and meat balls with rigatoni pasta x2. Took ages to arrive and once it arrived we had 3 meal balls, sliced sausage an a mountain of pasta that was over cooked on further inspection my spicy was just lumps of horrible fat. Will not return & definitely not recommend

What can be said about this experience? Our waiter was fantastic, Ryan, definitely went above and beyond, was quick to help with problems and very friendly. My starts reflect the service, which I find no fault in.However, the food was.. Average at a push. We waited almost 2 hours for our food, which is not acceptable, really; thankfully I was with friends so the time didn't pass too slow. One of our side plates was not cleaned properly, and had cheese crusted onto it. I have uploaded a photo of my "gluten free vegan pizza", that originally arrived without the toppings that were ordered, and evidently inadequate amounts of cheese (barely visible.) The pizza was impossible to cut and I had to tear it with my hands to eat it. There were no starters available to me, even though they could produce vegan garlic bread, and a vegan pizza, they could not produce a vegan & gluten free garlic bread. Whole party underwhelmed by food, special mac n cheese was a let down. Drinks were nice. The saving grace here was the desert. My goodness was it delicious. Completely gluten and dairy free. Perfect texture and flavour. I'd go again just for desert.

Broken heating, no advance warning for a Christmas party with elderly and vulnerable volunteers from our charity shop. One waitress was pleasant and apologetic for long wait on food and lack of heating. Another lady clearly hates her job and lacked basic common courtesy when taking orders. Perhaps she was fed up working without heating. The food would have been pleasant but it was so cold without heating we may as well have eaten it in the garden which isn't the experience you pay for when eating out. We were literally passing around a tea pot to keep warm. Was nice we were asked about allergies upon arrival but disappointing there was no sweetener for our diabetic guests. Pretty horrendous experience. The heating was out of staffs control however the customer service was embarrassing. Such a shame when hospitality is on it's knees and we were looking to support by booking our meal to eat out. Takeaway would've been alot better.

Food was OK. Kids menu is amazing. The pizza flavor did not impress me. My oldest like the Frankie's meatballs and Spaghetti. The establishment itself is not bad at all. Conveniently located next to the movie theater.
