The Hotel is lovely, stayed on a Friday and Saturday evening for a wedding.The staff were very friendly and helpfulThe bar menu was confusing and this was the opinion of most of my fellow guests. Not enough information as to what the items were, kind of a tapas theme. I was not impressed with the food, it was presented well but just didn't really have a selection that completed each dish. Someone's tried to be too clever and for me but it does not work. The prices are on the heavy side too too.The wedding venue area is newly constructed and it is bright and airy, tables are spaced well and works very well. The staff were friendly and efficient.The drinks were extremely pricey and far too much for a venue if that standing, 2 pints of beer and a diet coke was £17.50 so expect London rates.My partner and I had to wait for 49 minutes on the Sunday morning to have our order for breakfast taken. The two women trying to do everything were doing a great job and I can not fault their energy and drive. I was very disappointed that the hotel management did not have a plan to elevate the pressure the two women were under and is a failing on their part to manage their well-being.Overall, a pleasant stay but a few things that could be altered to make it a great stay.

I booked this hotel as a spa break for a special treat for me and my mum and we absolutely loved it! The staff were amazing, special mention to Jane on reception and the two ladies who did our massages Helen and Sandra were fantastic , the food was incredible absolutely phenomenal! So decadent and amazing flavours we really really cannot rate this hotel enough it ticks every box and everyone make the stay feel extra special.

The hotel hosted our small, but perfect, wedding. Nothing was too much trouble for Melissa and Rosie. It was brilliant from planning to finish. All our guests stayed at the hotel and our celebrations continued over breakfast. Every single one of them had a fabulous time. Thanks to Melissa and Rosie and all the All Saints staff for making it so special for us all.

Absolutely gorgeous hotel and spa. Booked for one night and extended the stay as we enjoyed it so much. Spacious room with view over the golf fields. Lovely and peaceful, the perfect getaway. Definitely will go back!

Just arrived home after the most amazing over night stay.The room was beautiful, everywhere spotlessly clean , the food spectacular if you like fine dining.But mostly all the staff were just fantastic, nothing too much trouble.A special mention to Tom, restaurant manager, his customer service is impeccable, took great care of us.And also Millie, lovley young lady who also took great care of us.Can't wait to return

We had our wedding meal and post celebrations here in December 21, it was absolutely amazing. The staff were all very nice, the venue is nice, but the best part was by far the food, some of my guests literally said "it was the best food I have ever had in my life" and to be honest for myself it was definitely up there, they went so far over what I expected in regards to the food. Me and a few friends are planning to return there soon for another meal. Highly recommended 😋

Fine hotel, but walls are incredibly thin so be prepared to hear your neighbors (and hope there isn’t a baby nearby like we had). Front desk was very nice, but called in advance to ask if they had an electric car charging point (which was confirmed affirmatively) only to arrive to find out they did not. Would have appreciated honest communication.

We stayed here for a spa break after our wedding. The service was phenomenal, the food was great and the room was lovely.They were also incredibly helpful with surprising my wife with gifts in the room.Couldnt recommend them enough.

My partner and I wanted to treat ourselves to something special so we booked one night away including use of the spa and a treatment each. IT WAS AMAZING! We have left feeling completely revived. The spa itself is really nice and relaxing - and the heated loungers and outdoor hot tub was a great bonus. Very clean too.I had a facial in the spa and my partner a full body massage. We had the option to have the treatments in the same room which was lovely. The two ladies who treated us were so so nice - honestly the best facial I’ve ever had. It’s an hour away from our home but I will definitely be back for another treatment.Afternoon tea was delicious but the dinner in the evening was out of this world. I’ll be thinking about that venison ragu starter for a long time! And the multiple Elderflower Collins :)Can’t fault this place. We even woke up to the most amazing snowy view this morning too.Can’t wait to return.I hope the hotel staff read this so we can thank everyone for their friendly hospitality. :)

We stayed at All Saints with our families and bridal party the night before our wedding and they couldn't have done more to look after us. The service was caring, thoughtful and helpful, the food was excellent and the facilities helped everyone relax before the big day. In the run-up, they were so kind in making special arrangements for elderly grandparents, and they ensured my Mum and I had room service for breakfast so we could spend the morning having our hair and make-up done! My uncle loved the hotel and restaurant so much he's planning a trip back just to stay there. Would highly recommend.
