The staff are polite and friendly. I love the size of portions and I have never had disappointing meal from there.Good value for money too. Bag of prawn crackers are always offered and accepted because we just love them!Good Luck is the best!

Bought from here on Friday night and within 5 hours violently sick. All weekend spent in bed and when called at 7pm Sunday evening requesting money back I was told they would speak to the insurance company and call back. Called back within 20 minutes, having apparently spoken with an insurance company on a Sunday evening. Recommended that I take the food to an environmental food specialist in Bury St Edmunds. Not worth the hassle for a 20quid refund nor would it have been worth the bad reviews they received as a result. Poor.

Busy, had to wait for 30 mins when arrived, after we phoned in 45 mins before. And had 1 of the orders wrong.

As Haverhill's premier Chinese takeaway, Good Luck has served consistently high quality, delicious and hearty food every single time I've had it in the past 25 years of my life. In fact, when I've eaten Chinese from any other restaurant or takeaway, it is never even a fraction as good as my favourite local takeaway.Offering authentic Chinese flavours with a British twist, there is a variety of dishes to choose from and is something for everyone - even the fussiest of eaters (although I must definitely recommend their Sweet and Sour Chicken Balls. Yummy!)

Shopping in Haverhill and had a real craving for Chinese. Best reviews so checked this place out. Not great for parking but the food definitely made up for it!!Served by a lovely polite man, food was ready quickly and was still really hot by the time I'd driven back to Finchingfield.Food was great, not too oily, very tasty and plenty of it.Will definitely be back and 100% recommend.
