Nice food, but should do gluten free sandwiches

Lovely Latte this afternoon plus sausage roll..great relaxing in cosy chair..by window...

Sunday selection is not that good, not many choices, so pretty Disappointed but has a medium seating area and toilets

cardboard cups no plates very poorly since my last visit wont be going back again what a let down really gone down hill

The seating area was filthy. Lazy staff, they would get the sack if I had anything to do with it. What a let down for a household name. I gave it two stars instead of one only because the sausage roll and coffee was ok.

Nice store, friendly staff and great service. Good location and good atmosphere. Good selection of products and plenty of tables available during the lunchtime even on weekend. Can recommend!

I really couldn't believe greggs in bury st edmunds today.....at 12.45 pm lunchtime there was only 6 rolls and 2 toasties. The shelves were all empty and so many people popped their head around the door to see it bare. When I asked the staff they just said we are short staffed when 4 people were standing around behind the counter. Also it was very messy everywhere and rubbish not cleared up off floors. Not living the dream as read about on line, the building etc. Worst one ever in years.

Fantastic! I love there breakfasts, the breakfast sausages are amazing definitely worth a try. A wide selection of sandwiches, drinks and pastries. The staff are very friendly. 👍

Place is busy most of the time. Staff is lovely and hard working, successfully doing their very best to provide efficient customer service - therefore 5*. Food and drink choice is decent.
