Haverhill Dial A Pizza in St Edmundsbury

Absolute joke placed an order was late for a start pizzas are so burnt you can't eat them drinks didn't come wihh the order even though we paid for them, rang up to resolve the issue and was verbally abused and told that we are lying and hung up would not recommend this place to anyone

Negative and rude staff, over priced for the quality of food. I'd suggest staying clear, far better options in town with people that deserve the business. Will not be returning.

Really good, liked that the salad and sauce came separately so we could put on as much as we liked on our kebabs, nice to have a veggie option available which I've never found before! Onion rings were deliciously crunchy, love that the salad had red cabbage etc too. Very fast deliveries, only critique is that the menu suggested card payments over the phone but needed to pay cash instead when the food was delivered, that may have been our fault for not asking to pay by card though when we ordered. Not sure why this place doesn't have a higher rating as we would definitely order again 🙂

I would highly recommend this place, the food portions were very fair, the food was amazing, 4 cleared plates, easy to order and didn't wait long for the food to arrive, very polite delivery man.

Will not be ordering from here ever again. Did an online order, had two screens confirming total cost including service charge I then received a confirmation email from them with the exact information. For the delivery driver to arrive demanding I pay an extra 5 pound delivery charge which wasn't mentioned throughout the whole online order. He thought wrong to think I eas paying £5 to deliver £10 worth of food. Sort your process out!

AWFUL!!!!!! normally would order from Haverhill pizza and kebab ( which I would highly recommend) but unfortunately it was closed so tried dial a pizza. The food was dripping in oil and was cold and the meat was so fatty it made me feel ill instantly! We waited well over an hour on a quiet Tuesday for it to arrive. Its fair to say it went in the bin quicker than I could say Dominoes! Don't waste your time or money.

Hit and miss on polite lady on other end of the phone or a miserable one. More hit than miss on good delicious food. Hit and miss on weather you get what you ordered. Probably continue to use as its OK food, reasonably priced and sometimes earlier than the stated "45 minutes"

Had a takeaway from this place recently. Ordered via the app, but had to pay over the phone. Delivery was speedy. Nothing wasted. Will use again.

Not had takeaway for a while. I can understand we are in strange circumstances at the moment but that does not excuse shrinking kebabs and reheated. unedible chips. We used to use Dial A Pizza regularly but will buy elsewhere now on.
