Hotel Chocolat in St Edmundsbury

In my experience right now,the staff are very nice, they make sure there costumer is happy.Also very polite as soon as they seen the costumer comes in they greet it.The Chocolates is very nice,actually im addictive .. I love the cream on the top of my drink. I love it.

It was my first time visiting today, and it was a wonderful experience! Such kind employees, I really wish I had pounds on me to leave a lovely tip. Beautiful kindness towards us today that I'll never forget! Will definitely be returning. Lovely drinks as well!!!

Great place to sit outside with a very reasonably priced coffee

I went in this morning Monday and was served by a lovely young girl, I didn't get her name.I told her I was getting a little something for my daughter as she wasn't very well. Bless this girls heart she said I could have the chocolate for free as a random act of kindness.I hope you pass this review to the young girl with a thank you. I will be coming into the shop more often now as the staff are lovely.

Always love this shop. Delicious chocolates and even a great place to get coffee. Staff are wonderful.

Lovely chocolate and as I have a VIP card I get a £5.00 voucher for my birthday, excellent.

Frosty service today, purchased an ice hazelnut chocolate drink that was a milk shake with little chocolate taste, shame as previous experience has been very good. The lady serving needs to smile, may help with how she comes across to the public, the young lad one the door was friendly, maybe they need to swap places!

We had fantastic service when my friend, her little girl and I went into the Hotel Chocolat cafe in Bury on Tuesday. We both had the new Blood Orange hot chocolates which are delicious. I dont normally like cream on my hot chocolates but HC's version is so velvety and substantial, it's delicious! The lady serving us was so friendly, rffortlessly conversational and went above and beyond to make our quick stop of a drink really special.

Like heaven where the everything on the menu is naughty. Power sockets available and some seating inside. There are some outside seats too if the weather is nice. A nice good vibe and the drink was lovely. They claim to have the best ice cream here but didn't get time to try....a reason to return!
