I’m not normally one to leave reviews however I felt this needed to be left. While the 2 waffles that were ordered by us were enjoyed the general cleanliness of the establishment needs addressing. The floors were filthy, the upstairs toilets were not in use the downstairs toilet for lack of a better word were just vile! Dirty tissues everywhere and the lock was also broken. The downstairs toilet is just unusable, I had to use the public toilets in abbey gardens. When we asked for a glass for our drink it was filthy so decided to just let my child drink out of the glass bottle instead. At one point I did see a member of staff with a broom sweeping something off of the beam on the ceiling. However the staff were polite enough

Staff were so rude. In particular a girl with short dark hair who was doing the close on Tuesday evening. Literally chucked our food on the table with a right attitude. Clearly need some more training on how to treat customers with respect.

We found the whole brief experience unpleasant and disgusting. We walked in to be greeted by filthy tables, all of them covered in dirty plates, cups, tissues, and half-eaten food, while staff appeared completely oblivious to how dirty the place was. My family of four were completely ignored as we walked in, only to be told, once we had managed to find the only clear table, that ‘you can’t just walk in and sit down, you’ve got to wait at the front for us to come and seat you’ - so, to recap, we were both ignored when we came in, as the members of staff were talking among themselves instead of doing their jobs, then quite rudely berated for trying to deal with the fact that we were being ignored by a member of staff who seemed to be so unable to handle the situation that she looked as though she was about to fly off the handle. I asked if we should leave the table and go back to the door to be seated, but this wasn't an option, either. My wife took our daughter to the toilet, which perhaps unsurprisingly was as filthy as the tables, at which point we decided to leave. Ended up going for an ice cream at McDonald’s. Much better. Don’t waste your time until the management decide to train their staff and hire any cleaners at all!

Staff clothing is disgustingly dirty, eventually sat down and ordered. Refused to take old £20 which is still legal tender. Cutlery was dirty with chocolate sauce on. After an hour waffles still not arrived. Go to complain and she says 'can do that now for you' like she doing us a favour. Maybe they should spend less time stood gossiping and actually do some work . Never come here!!

Extremely dirty, no cleaning seems to of been done in months! If covid was a thing, this place would be a hot-spot! Very slow staff, the waiting time just for a coffee is nuts! The food is full of chemicals that calcifiy the pineal and the rest.. All staff seem like high school kids, with the same attitude to match. I won't be returning. I'm hoping this place gets liquidised with a bit of luck. Here's to wishful thinking 🙏

First visit to Kaspa's. Ice cream treats to celebrate granddaughters dance show. Great variety of ice cream flavours. Amazing choice of desserts. Good service clean environment 👍 It's a yes from us

Nice concept, food was okay but overpriced. Toilet door was broken, toilet was dirty, staff could not have been more unhelpful, borderline rude, when I politely suggested giving access to the upstairs toilet. Courtesy costs nothing. Second bad experience of staff here. Will avoid like the plague from now on……

Went to Kaspa's midweek as a treat. The moment we entered we saw tables which were not cleaned and we're immediately informed that they had no strawberries. We accepted this and were seen to a clean table. However, upon attempting to order, it was apparent that there was no fruit at all in the building, and were then told there are no crepes. This limited the choice ridiculously, the apology from the young staff member was pathetic and embarrassing. On leaving, we saw the extent of the uncleaned tables and public areas. This particular branch doesn't deserve to remain open with current management in place. They are not coping.

very disappointed… on mother’s day around 7:15 i was greeted by brown haired team leader. not only was she rude but she basically refused service saying that the wait is an hour. i have been a returning customer for around 2 years and will not be returning after this incident. i strongly suggest you hire new, politer staff

Bunch of teenagers with a sour attitude. Spouse and I walked in on a Sunday at 7PM and two people noticed us waiting, didn’t even come greet us. One girl bluntly said while carrying food “sorry, it’ll be an hour wait” dropped the food off and didn’t come back to speak with us as we kept waiting to see if there was a list we could get on.We have been multiple other times and have had dirty silverware on our table, constantly have noticed the people who work there have horrible work attitudes.. always give it another shot but always let down.
