KFC in St Edmundsbury

I hate to sound like a horrible person but this place needs a lot of work for it to ever be decent. Tried to get some food last night but ended up finding myself waiting nearly 45 minutes for two meals. Only because I was closely watching the staff at the front I realised my food was given to another customer and came back 15 minutes later as they realised they had my meal and not there’s. Instead of telling me about the issue they simply placed the cold food into a new bag and tried serving it to me as if nothing had happened which is just disgusting if you think about it. Luckily I managed to get a refund after all of this. Overall the workforce lacks organisation and need some stronger management in my opinion. Another point to note on a previous occasion when I visited the store the two workers at the front had hickies covered all over there necks which I thought was a tad off putting.

Kayleigh the “team leader” was very rude. I ordered a rice box which took my 10 minutes to order at the till because the young lad was to busy throwing sources about the kitchen. Kayleigh the came and claimed it’s “‘not her problem” they ran out. Not one to write reviews but genuinely awful attitude and service

For fast food, was actually really good. All cooked well and tasted fresh. Staff very helpful and friendly.

The chicken was as good as you would expect, but the chips a little cold and funny tasting ice-cream...Everybody can have a bad day and things can go wrong sometimes. The staff were gracious about a refund, which gave an extra star!

Menu screens not working, only one order station working but with no receipt/order number print out. Cold soggy chips (standard kfc). Cup lids don't fit and leak in your car. Chicken was nice

Not the most convenient KFC location by any stretch of the imagination,The food can sometimes be fantastic, but avoid times when the orders are stacking up as I had found they start to rush and food cooking time takes a hit to clear the lobby of customersFillet chicken ends up getting served chewy and rubbery and fries get served cooked on the outside and raw uncooked potato in the middle

Food was perfect but no sanitiser available which is a big big necessity during these crazy times. Had a bit of wait after ordering on the screen but was worth it. Definitely worth another trip.

Food cold. Waited for a long while. When it arrived the 10 piece bargain bucket apart from food being cold only thighs and drumsticks. No wings or breasts. It’s pot luck what you get from this branch. Sometimes ok sometimes not. Thank god for our doggie who likes the manky bits. Still hungry and disappointed.

They forgot my food! Waited over 30 minutes for food while every one else got there's. They said sorry like that helps when you have 2 little children. Not even free chips while we wait for the little ones! They then had the cheek to forgot my sauce that I paid for! Good luck if you come here... Hope your not hungry.

Avoid like the plague. Missing food. No answer on the phone and staff just replied with we put everything in your order. It was very busy at time of visit and understood mistakes can happen but the service after is horrendous. I've been lots of times and every time there is something wrong normally its the wait time but that's been accepted as the food was nice but my last visit will be my last.It you order via delivery service apps I'd say good luck as the food is left on a cold surface if driver isn't there. I was waiting 25 mins today and the whole time I was waiting at least 10 orders sat there for most of that time
