Kfc in St Edmundsbury

Been coming here for years and it just keeps getting worse and worse.Staff are untidy and dirty, poor service too. Poor cleanliness observed through the hatch. Burgers are sometimes good but mostly chewy, cold and just not up to KFC scratch. Things often out of stock such as Gravy, types of burgers or drinks. When they do have gravy they chuck it in the bag, it tips up and spills everywhere so you are left with none.I won't be returning here.

Ordered a family feast bucket for delivery, when it arrived the driver handed it to me, I felt my hand burning and saw that gravy was leaking out the bottom of the bag and onto my carpet. Have the food back to the driver and told him to take it back, tried calling KFC for about 20 mins and never got an answer so had to re-order food, have also complained to just eat for the food too. Not happy.

Food was good as expected, the restaurant itself was a little unclean, but that's more to do with the number of untidy and lazy customers than the staffs fault. For a relatively recently refurbished restaurant, it does look quite tired already with ripped seats as an example.Our engagement with staff and the food were great though, so no complaints there.

Would give 0 stars if I could! This KFC has to get a prize for being the worst in the country!Always always always get the order wrong and the food is so cold it's like it's been in the fridge before they give it to you.Ordered last night because we haven't for a while and thought we'd give them another chance (hoping they'd have sorted themselves out a bit in the last year) but the food was worse than ever and we again didn't get what we ordered, and food was so cold we couldn't eat any of it. There was also only 6 chips in each adult portion. Tried to call them to sort it out, and they didn't answer the phone (never do). Don't know where they get their staff from but they seriously need training. Will not be going there again.

How many chips should I get? This is meant to be adult portion, not child's in case anyone was thinking it could be child's portion 😂Better staff training needed here atm

Go about once a week, we’ve never had to wait more than 15 minutes for our order when the store is packed. We customise our orders heavily and it’s always been correct 100%, and should anything not be there, it’s because the item is out of stock, and we are offered a choice of replacements. Staff are always polite and helpful.

The staff here were worked beyond capacity and still did an excellent and amazing job. It was a crazy busy time when I visited, with a pile of orders waiting and still coming in. Despite being so incredibly busy, the staff were efficient and quick to process orders and still took the time to smile and make positive comments to customers. The only reason it's not 5 stars is the long wait time, but that's not the staffs fault - they did all that was physically possible - they really just needed more pairs of hands! Excellent customer service while under pressure, well done!{Shout out to Jack and the lovely lady who was smiling constantly (I'm really sorry, I forgot your name) at the front of house, I was seriously impressed watching you guys take a brief moment to make customers feel welcome and listened to while still in a flurry of activity.}

Couldn't order a mighty 4 one as they had no chicken. Had the women walk away from me when I was asking what I could have. The place was a mess even though there wasn't anyone in the store. Staff rude and unhelpful

The chicken was as good as you would expect, but the chips a little cold and funny tasting ice-cream...Everybody can have a bad day and things can go wrong sometimes. The staff were gracious about a refund, which gave an extra star!

Not the most convenient KFC location by any stretch of the imagination,The food can sometimes be fantastic, but avoid times when the orders are stacking up as I had found they start to rush and food cooking time takes a hit to clear the lobby of customersFillet chicken ends up getting served chewy and rubbery and fries get served cooked on the outside and raw uncooked potato in the middle
