Very cute floral place!! Staff was nice and helpful for our first time there! Definitely will go again!

Found my favourite place. Menu is amazing. Food taste even better. Good choice of drinks and my fav interior!

Visited here yesterday and was bitterly disappointed in how i was treated by the rude and abrupt owner. As i walked in lottie immediately greeted me with "your not sitting in are you" to then proceed to take me order, as i appreciate there were a few of us i still thought this was very rude. After starting my order she then pointed at me through the window and ushered me over to then accuse me of not paying, turns out her till roll was not correct and i had infact paid.The waffle was lovely but the owner was just so rude and it was very clear her staff are uncomfortable around the situation.All 10 of my group were treated in the same manner and have said never again. Very unfortunate.

Absolutely delicious waffles and ice cream. We did have to wait a while but it was a sunny Saturday and they were very busy. The waffles were well worth the wait. I recommend booking a table if you want to eat in.

Would highly recommend Lottie’s especially for a private baby shower hire! I held my sister’s baby shower there today (16 of us) and we all loved it. Food was yummy, customer service was brill and a lovely atmosphere! Thank you to the girls working there this evening for all they done!

Me and my little boy love going to lotties as a ln occasional treat! The attention to detail in your food an drinks is amazing. The atmosphere again is to die for and although its a calm atmosphere my energetic little boy has never been made to feel anything other than welcomed by all the staff there but especially by the owner an her daughter. We couldn't ask for a nicer place to go. The food and drinks are always delicious. We can't wait to go back again soon for more waffles 😋

Business hours are unreliable. This is the 3rd time I’ve driven here during their posted hours and they were closed. I left at 3:45 and live 5 mins away and they were closed. No notice on the door or anything. It’s very upsetting especially when you’re pregnant and have specific cravings and show up to a closed door. If the food wasn’t good I wouldn’t be trying this hard to catch them open but this is unacceptable. The first picture showed “open” when I left earlier. Posting this later.

I came here the last time I visited the uk 🇬🇧and it is just amazing a comfortable environment good prices great customer service and the food is so so delicious 😋 I highly recommend coming in and trying it out 💜🌺
