Excellent food and friendly efficient staff covid regs in place all tables cleared and cleaned when customer left.

Possibly the best tasting Nando's!! 😁 Good is always delicious even delivery orders arrive fresh and still hot.

Went last night, while our meal was ok, our chips were not good the chips were just frozen ones & went cold very quickly!Our friends meal was awful & we’d eaten ours & they were still waiting, they had to ask where it was, the staff were very young & inexperienced, they seemed to by trying their best but failing!We went onto a gig & met a lady in the loo who was moaning about her meal she’d had in Nando’s earlier & was very upset! That’s not good

The worse Nando’s experience ever. Please close this place down! Tiny small piece of 1/4 chicken looks more like half of a 1/4 chicken, non even seasoned like the real Nando’s. They not even bothered to tile the floor or do any other type of flooring. I’ve seen waitress with attitude oily hair and playing with her hair and touching her face few times before serving food, one cook scratching her ears before putting her fingers on a plate. Zero training, very poor service, after i gave them feedback about how small the chicken was all the waiter said was poor luck on the draw. Last time we ate in London Nando's was standard so will never eat in this Nando’s again will rather go to London one! Nando’s Bury Close your restaurants do deliveries only for God sake!

Great food to eat in or takeaway. It takes an extremely long time from ordering to eating. That's a bit of a downside for a fast food establishment especially if you're waiting for your takeaway.

Good chicken, it was hot, fast, and fresh. That spicy rice was especially good. I’ll have 2 servings of it next time.The brownie was moist and rich.

We popped in after buying the hotel chocolate velvetiser and some other bits on a Tuesday mid afternoon for a lite bite and we're really impressed with how the staff were.Obviously I opted for the double breast wrap, medium with a splodge of hot sauce on the side plate to dip, every now and again (when feeling plucky), peri chips and garlic bread.I haven't been to nandos since the beginning of lockdown but it's seamless. You wait to be seated, masks on, then masks off as you eat. Food time to turn around from ordering was and is always quick and it's decievingly filling, compared to mcds or alike, the prices are higher but quality is consistently good.In terms of setting, we'll positioned in shopping precinct, with wheelchair access and allergies etc taken care of.Overall fantastic experience and def go again.

Nando's is amazing, my family loves going to them for a quick dinner or impromptu lunch. My daughter can't get enough of the wings. This specific Nando's in the Centre of Bury is absolutely great. The staff were really nice and the food was great as expected.

Went on a Monday after checking the website but on arrival a notice on the door said it wouldn't be open until 5.30pm plus it would be closed the next 2 following days. I had driven 14 miles with my grandchildren, a pity that they couldn't give more accurate information on the website. I'm glad they have the resources to ignore customer satisfaction. Maybe someone there to offer vouchers or similar.

Pretty poor experience I'm afraid to say. Double chicken breast on the menu. What arrives is a really small, dry piece of meat. The chicken was so over cooked as to be dessicated. I don't know where nandos are sourcing their chicken from, but it's tiny. I wonder if I'm eating some early death birds... Just my thoughts out loud and not an allegation against nando.... Service was ok. The place was rammed and the staff were doing best they could. But only one till open so it was queue time..Spinach was luke warm. Grains and beans a bit weird. Over all not a good experience and one to put me off returning to this nando. Thankfully my local one in London still smashes it. To sum up. Very small meat portion. Double breast of very small chicken or poussin.... Over cooked, dry, tough. Not recommended.
