We stayed here for a night with work. It was perfect. Great beer at the bar. The rooms are super comfortable with amazing showers. And the breakfast menu had the best choice I have ever seen with some really interesting options. We will definitely stay again next time we are in Bury.

What an amazing spot to go and have a good drink and delicious food. I was recommended this restaurant on my last visit and wasn't able to try it. Glad today I had the opportunity to go and indulge in there vast selection of beer with tasty food. If your in the area go gove this place a try. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. I got the sausage and made with there chips on the side. Definitely ask for there barbecue sauce it has a nice kick to it but o dang does it taste amazing. For the review I would give it a 8.8 out of 10 on that 🔥 scale.

After experiencing the incredibly good Old Cannon Bitter at The Cross Keys Hotel in Saffron Walden a couple of years ago, I finally got around to visiting the brewery itself in Bury St. Edmunds. Great beer, as expected, great service from lovely staff, and sat next to a real fire burning away......what more could you want? Will definitely be returning soon.

Fabulously character place. My sister and I stayed here and picked it because we could take the dog and it was so reasonably priced. We got more than we expected, with exceptionally lovely staff and service. The rooms were really lovely. The beers are wonderful and the food great. The bar is so quirky and has a personality. We had a few little issues. The TVs gave up working cause Sky had no reception, but I know they would have solved this if we were bothered. The mattresses are a bit springy, but I slept Ok. And there was a small leak in the room I was in under the sink. But they are such lovely rooms, for such a good price, that I couldn't possibly complain! Thanks for the lovely time we had with you.

A pub with its own brewery on the premises,so the real ale is truly local and of excellence quality.The food is excellent although a bit pricey,but you get what you pay forIt has a great outside covered seating area. Well worth a visit for real ale lovers(and others of course)

Great venue, wonderful staff. Be great if it wasn’t all table service though.... missed not being able to order at the bar. But.... these guys sorted out our crews wedding. They were impeccable... especially Amber ❤️
