Food was stale. App doesn’t work properly, my boyfriend paid over the app, 3 HOURS later the food arrived with chips that clearly had been cooked hours ago and over fried food 🤷🏼‍♀️ We phoned them numerous times and got told if the delivery note isn’t here it means it’s on its way, to then be told 2 hours later the order never went through. AND THEN…. When the driver got here he wanted payment 😂😂 are you joking??? We had paid 3 hours ago. Clearly don’t know what they are doing and food was terrible.Used to be good food and good service but it has gone extremely bad. Definitely stay away unless you wanna wait all night for bad food.

Unfortunately nearly every time we order here something isn't right and half the time complaints don't get responded to via there Facebook page, most times food is very greasy and chips taste like rubber a few times, we also ordered to day and had no source on the kebab like we asked, and no source on kids meal either. After multiple times if having issue after issue we now decided to stick else where even burger it really greesy Shame really because use to be really good.

Ordered £24 of food plus £4 delivery fee paid through the website ,i got a call 10 minutes later telling me they will not deliver it to my address although its only 10 minutes away & will not refund money until the following day, AVOID!!!!

I probably spend on average around £1,000 per year with this kebab shop. The manager is very good always doing his utmost best to please therefore I can't fault his service. 90% of the time the food is delivered on time. I consider myself to be a " kebab connisure . On it's day this takeaway food outlet can dish up the best Donna and chicken combination Kebab within a twenty mile radius... well worth a visit.

I ordered 2 pizzas from this company. Was told it was £7 delivery charge which is extortionate when a pizza is only £10. Any way I agreed placed my order and arranged a time to be delivered. Well the time it was due came and went 45 minutes later my food arrived with a very angry n aggressive delivery driver. Telling me it's my fault he was so late and continued to charge me the full price for my (now cold) food plus the £7 delivery. Plus had him get in my face for asking for a deduction on the price. Please people use ur heads and order from a proper restaurant for ur food this place is a joke and the delivery driver I managed to meet is aggressive and down right horrible

Pre Ordered food using online website, great choice of menu and website easy to use. Even due to a busy Saturday night the food was delivered on time. Will use again.

Was our go to kebab place in Haverhill, but unfortunately found hair in each of the 5 meals ordered on our last visit. Won't be using them again 😔

i have been using this take away for many years and normally get a good service but today i don't what happened order 1st chicken kabab with no sauce received got no salad chicken dry and burnt and pitta burnt, crusty. 2nd order meat kabab , the meat was ok but the pitta burnt and crusty,3rd chips cold and far too many small hard one's was well disappointed
