Decent menu and they source local meats. The roast has gotten better since last year. You will need a reservation on Sundays.

Great relaxed atmosphere for a Sunday lunch with friends.Roasts all round and we couldn't fault any of it, the extra gravy was a bonus.We all managed a cheeky sweet to round things off, the restaurant provides elevated home style food at very reasonable prices.

Probably the best bar in Bury. Serves decent food, has friendly staff and a good selection of drinks (even their own beer). Also dog friendly in the bar area. If you want to go on a weekend, book ahead

Amazing Sunday roast! Really good for gluten free, they even do GF Yorkshire puddings 👌🏻Love that everything is locally sourced! Lovely vibe and the staff were great on allergies

Lovely gastropub style, family and dog-friendly establishment with an eclectic, non-pretentious menu & ambiance. We have visited on multiple occasions to enjoy their 2 for £12 cocktails and new menu. Their selection is complete with the most tender flavorful feather blade steak cooked to perfection, yummy loaded fries, smoked BBQ baby back ribs, and decadent chocolate brownie/ice cream dessert. We also love to order their 2 for £20 takeaway burgers/fries; don’t forget to try the Hot Chick sandwich!If you’re looking for outdoor patio/courtyard dining, they have a nice outdoor seating area equipped with light heating and both covered and no covered/brolly tables.
