Subway in St Edmundsbury

Great staff and always good for a Subway. Best to use the app to order ahead but if you drop in they serve you quickly.

Lovely food, always great service

An absolute joy to go here. Why do I say that? Two words, the staff. Sorry I’m terrible with names, but the two bearded guys and the girl with dark hair are absolutely lovely. The others too, but those 3 need special mentioning. There’s a great, teamwork atmosphere in there and you can tell they all get along. One time there was a newbie. The guy with the smaller beard was being very patient with him and guiding very well. Subway sandwiches are always nice anywhere you go. But this store should be a model for how to interact.

First time going into subway and feeling like a positive environment! Staff working on bank holiday Monday morning were so polite, friendly and thorough. We were curious when our recent Deliveroo order had been perfect and it all made sense when we met these lovely new staff members. A credit to subway!

this is second time wrong order and now ı will never buy from this shopr never ever…First time they sent awfull bread this time no one follow the construction also didnt cut the bread also no any mark for other orders…

Nice clean interior, staff friendly and good food as always. I would say however that we visited this subway when it was pouring down with rain, having a disabled brother it made me realize that there is only outdoor seating for disabled, there is an upstairs section but the stairs are very steep, plus the toilets are also situated up stairs and there are no lifts.
