Fantastic pub, only stopped for one on the way back to the hotel. Friendly and cheerful staff, despite being rushed off their feet. Great atmosphere, well worth a visit if your spending a few nights in Bury.

Great little pub. Came here for a drink whilst waiting for fried chicken nearby. Service was good for us. The bar looks very clean and sparkly.

My only complaint/ suggestion would be better lighting in room to do make up and in the bar there are more tables for food than there is for people just having a drink but that was all, the rooms very clean, shower AMAZING and the pub omg loved it, designed beautifully, colour coordination in the bar gorgeous, will definitely recommend you or if in the area we will most definitely stay again. Staff friendly and very helpful, well done x

Gem of a pub, tucked along a lovely little street with some nice independent shops. Had a good selection of beers and we really enjoyed our burgers. Service was friendly and speedy - spot on!

A very welcoming and busy hotel and public house. The staff were always courteous and took the time to ensure all was satisfactory. The drink selections were plentiful and food quality both in the restaurant and bar areas was excellent. Stayed for two nights B&B with my wife and our very dear friends. We had a great time in the continuing warm and fun loving pub like atmosphere of the Bushel with the many regulars, friendly visitors and local residents. I hope to be going back.

Brilliant little find in Bury. The staff are so friendly and welcoming and my room was comfy, cosy and clean with an awesome shower! Don't be put off by it being over a pub, I stayed on a Friday night and the noise was barely noticeable. They also offer an excellent brunch menu. Would definitely book again

Appalling Customer Service from start to finish! Took 30 mins to get three drinks brought to our table , and to make matters worse the beer was stale . We were going to order food but our order still hadn’t been taken I decided to pay for my sons coke but refused to pay for the beers . .Once I explained the issue to the lady behind the bar she took my money without even a word or an apology. Being in business myself I can only hope that this is seen by the owner/s and is taken on board as any business is only as good as it’s staff and in this case they were shocking .

Tasty seasonal drinks. The orange old fashioned was delicious. Unfortunately they were out of the mulled gin. The orange old fashioned definitely was a great second choice. Food was really tasty! I had hunter's chicken and it was really tasty. We had nine people in our group and the pub was able to accommodate us with only about four hours notice, so that was great! The bar service could have been a bit more prompt, but otherwise we all had a lovely time. Inside the pub is well decorated and cosy! We'll definitely be back.

Visited the Bushel on the 19th of December with my wife and had a roast dinner each and a cup of tea. The dinners were brilliant. A proper freshly cooked roast dinner with quality ingredients. The staff were extremely helpful and really made an effort on the customer service front. Lovely pub, lovely food, great service, great people!

Got this place recommended to me. The location is super gorgeous gives off amazing vibes and the food is very good. I went with there beer named Abbot was very tasty had a very smooth after taste. The main dish I tried was there fish and chips. Fried to perfection I love have some crunchy bits and it hit the spot. There menu is loaded with delicious options especially there dirty fries it was a very unique choice. For the review I would give it an 8.3 out of 10 on that 🔥 scale. The food was delicious but I wish the staff were more attentive. First walking in didn't know if we wait to order. Not until just going up to the bar and ordering.
