Great choice of drinks, friendly staff and immaculate facilities. Didn't eat while we were here but the menu looked great (as did the plates of food coming from the kitchen)

this my local pub and I only have to cross the road . had a lovely lunch with my neighbour and her daughters. they cater well for children. and they have a lovely garden and play area for children 😀. lovely pub great service thank you

Myself and our family had a fabulous meal here on a Saturday lunch. There were 8 of us and 2 dogs. The staff were all lovely and attentive. They had a very good value Sepcials Menu which I believe changes regularly (Crispy Squid followed by Sausage, Mash and Onion Gravy).Good choice of beers, wine and whiskys.Highly recommended for a nice, cozy pub lunch in the area (worth the drive if needed!)

Excellent food and excellent value, is a very nice atmosphere, with very friendly and polite staff.

The food is superb! We had sea bass and fish and chips. The haddock is of a very generous helping in light batter. The sea bass is very interesting- in a very light spice, like curry but mild. The potato was cooked in turmeric, so lighter than a bombay potato. I enjoyed it greatly because I like spices.A pity the excellent food wasn't matched by the service. Slow in clearing the table, in getting the bill and in taking the payment. We went to the bar to pay ourselves, as we waited for too long.

First time visiting this established for a bit of lunch, it certainly will not be our last. Food was fresh and hot, and the taste was amazing. Staff so friendly and the fact that they let you take your dog(s) with you inside (who were very relaxed) big THUMBS UP from us. Planning on going back next Tuesday

There was a limited menu but this could be expected straight after Christmas. However this allowed the food to be prepared and cooked from fresh and was absolutely fantastic and extremely well presented. An outstanding meal in an outstanding atmosphere. Will certainly visit again.
