Polite and helpful staff. Provided a quiet table ensuring our dogs could be relaxed. Good food / good Quality / reasonable price / good selection. Overall an enjoyable meal to celebrate our Wedding Anniversary and at a place where the dogs are welcome too

Came to the flying shuttle for lunch today, after attempting a different venue where there wasn't much choice on the menu so quickly left and can safely say that was a good move. There was so much choice from set lunch menu to the main meal. We decided to go for the main menu and had a mixed grill which was reasonable priced and tasted amazing, The staff were friendly and made sure everything was OK The place was clean and tidy and had a nice atmosphere to it. Didn't have to wait to long for the food either would definitely go again and would definitely recommend.

We had booked on line and forgotten to inform that one of our party was in a wheelchair, we were quickly put on a more suitable table than the one that had been allocated to us, this was ideal and saved our guest any embarrassment. The Food was all to a good standard, although the garden peas were under cooked. The 6 of us had mains and desserts ( which were lovely) and drinks, and were pleasantly surprised at reasonable prices. The service was timely and the staff very friendly. Will definitely be returning in the near future.

The food was well prepared and we didn’t have to wait to long to receive it. The service was prompt and friendly. The only disappointment was that one of the advertised desserts had changed , it wasn’t clear if this was a one off or the menu just hadn’t been updated. It was good value for money.

Great food and pleasant environment. We arrived for an early tea (1730). The bar and restaurant was very quiet. Food menu had great choice and when the food came we were really pleased with the quality. Would definitely come back again for a treat. It's not cheap but taste and flavours were great. Can't fault the service either

Amazing food, probably the best roast I have eaten in a pub in years. Shame I couldn’t finish it all!The lady we had to serve us was amazing- I had a funny turn, and she came to my aid.Boys loved their meals too, so glad I booked here for Mothers Day.Definitely coming back here with the husband for a roast!

I had booked a table for 14 people. When we arrived, we were seated and slowly, we all started to arrive. The table service was excellent. The gentleman that served our table for the duration of the evening kept popping back to make sure that we had everything we needed. We didn't feel rushed and the meal was lovely. I would highly recommend The Flying Shuttle to anyone.

Kind, polite staff, food was delicious but place is dirty. Table was dusty and can see old food stuck on table from previous days. Chairs with stains and some riped of material. Drinking glass was all around like foggy and stains - disgusting. I can imagine how dirty the plates are😁 but because of the colour and design you can not see... + they don't have brunch but advertise on website.

Amazing Sunday Roast!We went to this establishment last Sunday. It has been quite a while since I last visited this place.I can honestly say that this Sunday Roast was probably one of the best I have had whilst eating out! Vegetables cooked to perfection, great portion size and meat really tender! Would defiantly recommend the desert platters, lots to choose from and small portions of 3 or 6 deserts!Service was quick and efficient and the Lady who served us was really friendly, polite and outgoing, really made us feel welcome!I didn’t get my stuffing that was advertised on the menu, however, I was so stuffed afterwards it was probably a good thing!
