Oh what a lovely Pub. Taken there for a pre -Birthday meal. There was a vintage car rally (TR owners club) in the outside area. Some very nice cars. Held regularly i believe ! Period property , timber beams and open fire places. Welcoming staff and comfortable seating. Food to an excellent standard, tasty and very well presented. No rush and attentive staff. Looking forward to returning again

What a great little find on our way to Bury St Edmunds, the owner is so friendly and has great people skills, food was amazing as well. Would highly recommend this pub, great size garden and ample parking, we sat outside as the weather was beautiful.Well worth a visit. I had the fajitas and my partner had the ploughman’s, top marks to the chef as taste was incredible.

Lovely pub with fantastic landlords and staff. Very accommodating of my child's needs and went above and beyond. Highly recommended this gem of a place.

Best roast I had in a long time! Pork belly had a great size and pork scratching on top was absolutely delicious and crunchy. Gravy was also divine.

Excellent place to eat. Had a lovely meal on Sunday. Good selection of Sunday roast at a very reasonable price. Lovely atmosphere. Need to book in advance though.

Fantastic little pub, very friendly and cosy.The staff are also very helpful too.We had broken down and had a long wait ahead of us .Westley in to have a little lunch while we waited,lovely food.They were very attentive to our needs .We will be using this place againMany thanks

Booked for Sunday roast for two. Very busy I'm bar area but overly and roomy in restaurant. Can clearly see why it was so popular! Food to die for and fabulous service. Hope to go back very soon..
