Very very busy, reasonably friendly staff, the food was good but it is pricey and the drinks will drive up your bill significantly.

a day agoNEWif you like indian food Please try The Taj indian Restaurant &Takeaway fully licensed and air conditioned situated at 10 Carlton Parade Orpington Kent BR6 0JB We are raising money for charity for vulnerable sick children babies and elderly people who has mobility issue your help can benefit who is most needed urgent treatments and medication for well being and with your help we can help children brighter future education, shelter and food so that they can have a successful future a good job specaially young people and who wants to go university to study further and also we would like to apologise if anyone gets offended with these comments and also we would like thank you for your support.

The food is truly exceptional, full of flavour & great presentation. The restaurant is beautiful and staff extremely welcoming, friendly and attentive. Highly recommend 👌

Excellent food, didn't have to wait very long for a takeaway on Thursday evening either. We were even offered a complimentary naan bread with my husband's meal as it was his birthday, thank you to the team at the VC.

Went here for our daughters birthday, staff helped us dress the table and were very friendly. Had a little wait for our first round of drinks but everything else was spot on. Everyone was very happy with their food. Fantastic and tasty!

Great restaurant! Lovely food. We were going to the theatre. Good friendly service. Special naga lamb and volda kingprawn fab. Garlic man excellent. Fair prices £45 for two mains rice bread and papadums with chutney. Definitely for a return trip next time we're in Bury!
