Went to this good restaurant for dinner while out travelling. I had been avoiding this place as I have a reluctance to go to chain restaurants. I found it to be very good however. I had a prawn dim sum which was very good. They portion wasn't huge however. Really enjoyed my trip and will be going again soon. Quite good value too.

We used to love this place, but maybe the pandemic or other economical factors seem to have changed this restaurant for the worse!? The menu changes are not great and the amount of high value ingredients seems to have been dramatically reduced. A £11 prawn and chicken dish contained 4 prawns and a similar number of thin chicken strips, a £13 beef dish had about 6 thin strips of beef. It might have been a relatively busy night, but the number of staff on duty seemed to struggle to cope with the number of tables, drinks being ordered and the takeaway side of the business, with takeaway meals being packaged and stored in the main restaurant space for the various delivery companies or members of the public to collect. Its unlikely we will use you again, sorry ☹️

We've been to wagamamas many (many) times and this one we've been to the most. Staff are always friendly and the food is great.Very good at catering to special requests and amazing vegan and vegetarian options.Minus one star for the inconsistency of the ramen, it can be very bland on a bad day. The Kare burosu ramen mushrooms have been served plain before which is disappointing.

Not the same since they changed the noodles to vegan. There are more people that aren't vegan but sadly we've had the choice taken away from us. The vegan noodles are like mush, especiallyin a ramen. Not this branches fault. The girl that served us was lovely - the manager has definitely done well in picking staff because we really notice the friendliness and helpfulness compared to other restaurants.

Out Christmas shopping with the kids and couldn't decide what to eat. Never tried Wagamama before but though we would give it a go.Very happy with the whole thing our waitress Anna was exceptional in her attitude and friendly personality and spoke to my children about their orders instead of just asking me which I though was a lovely thing to do. The food was really tasty and good portion sizes and we didn't wait long at all between ordering and the food coming to us.Will 100% be coming back 👍

The food was fantastic and the portions were perfect! The service here went above and beyond for my mom's gluten allergies. Her dish was prepared specifically by a head chef to ensure her food was allergen free. All 4 dishes also came out in less than 15 minutes.

I tried the sticky vegan ribs and the chicken ramen. Based on taste alone, you'd NEVER guess the vegan ribs were actually mushrooms! And I HATE mushrooms. The texture is a bit off putting, but I like my ribs super dry, so maybe I'll ask them to overcook them next time. I thought the chicken ramen was incredible - will definitely be back again for it. My husband and brother-in-law said there was a "weird taste" in it.

Great dining experience for a chain. Japanese style food is so well presented and I like that they bring your food when it's ready so it's not sat on the bar being dried out by a heat lamp while they finish prepping the food for the other people at your table.I had the Cod Mokutan Soba which was delicious.

i come here often with my friends after a night out, and the staff are always so wonderful and accommodating. the food is cooked to perfection and tastes delicious every time; the restaurant is always clean; they’ve ensured our surroundings are covid secure without causing hassle; this will always be my favourite wagamamas 🍛

We had a great experience here. The gentleman who served us was very kind and made sure we were looked after. The food was delicious. Nothing too adventurous, but a lot to choose from, and it looked great. The vegan squid was very realistic and worth a try! They took both our dietary requirements seriously, even going through the menu with me and checking which foods contained peanuts. Both the dining area and bathrooms were kept very clean, with COVID awareness posters dotted around the restaurant. If you're looking for somewhere quick and easy, Wagamama's is a safe bet!
