Finally, a family and dog friendly country pub with literally everything. For a family get together, this felt more like a day out than just a pub meal out. Superb food. Amazing service, lots to do for the children. All pubs should be like this. Truly amazing. Thank you Hannah and Lee for making us all so welcome ❤️

Superb Sunday lunch. All of our group were very happy with their meals. There was a friendly welcome and service was very efficient on a reasonably busy afternoon. The pub is clearly very popular and for good reason! There is a good sized play area outside which our kids really enjoyed. Highly recommended.

Visited the White Horse on a busy Sunday without a booking, they were very busy but still happy to accommodate us on one of their bar tables. My Wife is Gluten Free and Vegetarian but their menu was FULL of Gluten Free options for her to choose from. Staff were great and food was bang on for a country pub.

Went this afternoon and all 5 of us had something different from the menu (apart from Buddy the dog who tried every dish!).I had the Southern fried chicken burger and it was hands down the best I have EVER had! Absolutely delicious 🤤My partner had the Chicken and feta dish and said it was delicious.Dad had the vegan burger and was very impressed.Sister had the haddock and chips and loved it.Stepmother had the roast and couldn’t finish it all.And we managed to fit in some of the sundaes which were also delicious.Great beer / ale selection on tap too 🍺Dog friendly, lovely welcoming staff and great value! Definitely will be returning to try other menu items.

We enjoyed a family meal here today for 10. What a great experience. The staff are attentive and friendly. Nothing is too much trouble. All of the food ordered came exactly as requested. We didn’t have to wait too long for our food. The food was also tasty and of good quality. Everywhere was nice and clean. Outside there is a lovely garden for children to enjoy!

Wow, last of the summer sunshine and popped in with the kids. Food was really good and kids entertained by the table tennis and table football!

Came upon this pub/restaurant by accident and what a find! On arrival in the carpark which is situated at the back, you find you can access the beer garden via a back gate. On both the back entrance and front entrance there are hand sanitizers for use before you enter. You can access the beer garden also from the front or the pub/restaurant from the front only.This is a dog friendly establishment and drinking bowls are available.This is the safest pub I have visited since restrictions were lifted. The system is you scan a QR code on your phone and choose from the drinks or restaurant menu on your phone. Then simply pay via the simple online instructions and within minutes your drinks arrive by one of the friendly staff. Don't worry about not having any signal as the WiFi is free and works very well. At no point was it necessary for me to use money, everything was completely contactless.There isn't any need to book a table outside for dining however if you want to eat inside you have a book. This is due to the size restrictions that is a factor in social distancing and everything has to be cleaned between services. Also inside you still get table service and if it rain's you won't have to shelter under one of the garden umbrellas or gazebos.There is a toilet situated in the rear of the garden just in the carpark so you don't have to enter the pub and is very clean.There is ample parking in the carpark and the gate's open wide enough for wheelchair access.The food here is restaurant quality and the filet steak I had came up a perfect medium rare just as I ordered. My wife's well done filet came up well done just as she ordered it. The chilli prawns and the camembert cheese to start were also excellent. Both starters came with fresh baked bread which was so soft inside and crusty on the outside they accompanied the starters perfectly.Another thing I was impressed with was the steaks were cooked on a charcoal grill and you could taste the effect this had on the meat.This is a fantastic place to eat and or drink with excellent service and a clean safe environment.
