Zen Noodle Bar in St Edmundsbury

Great place to eat! Our favourite restaurant in Bury! Hidden just off main shopping area, this little gem comes not only with huge delicious portions, but also great prices and lovely staff! I highly recommend and will be def coming back again and again! :)

Really good meal here with stacks on the menu to make us want to go back another time. Also liked the idea you can have your starters as starters or have them served with your main.

If you like fast East Asian food.. Is good place to go.... Good tasteed, speed serivce in main floor, however downstairs seating area is was azming decorated. But a bit prices.

Consistently delicious pan-asian cuisine, friendly service and at a very reasonable price. It is slightly off the beaten track, but is well worth seeking out. Highly recommended 👍🏻

Good points - Food is tasty, reasonably clean and nice enviromentBad points - Understaffed, kept around waiting alot. Waiting at the door for 20 minutes even though we had a table booked. Then more waiting after that to even be served drinks.Had to wait 20 minutes to get the bill aswell. Just very slow service. It was frustrating!Drinks are pricey in general. I had a coke and it cost me £4!To be entirely honest, the food was pretty decent. I gave my meal 8/10.But the service let the whole experience down, poor communication from staff, being left to be somebody else's problem and then forgotten.Got frustrated and wound up, almost ended up leaving before we even got seated!I wouldn't go back. Many other places in bury worth a visit.

Absolutely lovely place! Hidden away and so amazing - 1st class food, great people and good prices too. I'll definitely be coming back soon :)

I’ve only had Tom Yum vermicelli soup take away and it’s really good. Excited to try more off their menu. Also, takeaway orders get a 10% discount. Wish they delivered.Update! Discovered on Facebook group Bury Drink & Eat, delivery is offered for Zen Noodle Bar on Take Away Taxi. Niiiice.Recently craving Japanese curry. I’ve found Wagamama easily on Deliveroo and thought they were the only local place that had it, which was a bummer as I find theirs a bit on the salty side. Seeing Zen also had katsu curry, I needed to try it and glad I did! Also just ordered via Takeaway Taxi. An item on the online menu was discounted and they’d called to offer a substitute. My go to for chicken katsu curry AND vermicelli soup!

From the start of my visit to when I left was lovely. Staff were friendly and seated us with no fuss. The food was out of this world the meet was so tender cooked so so well. Zen is a hidden gem I can praze this place enough. We all had a amazing lunch in a grate atmosphere. We'll worth the little walk of the main street.

Lovely spacious restaurant, friendly staff. Good is great and makes a nice change from the everyday foods. One thing I would say is I had the crispy noodles with king prawns, and roast pork which was extremely salty. Will definitely come back next time we're near.
