ASK Italian - Stevenage Leisure in Stevenage

Food was delicious (highly recommend the noduja bites) but staff wasn’t too accommodating.

Had a big family meal here for a birthday. Overall it was fine. Nice atmosphere, decent table. Under the table was dirty though and service was very slow. Food was a bit meh. Staff need a bit of training, I hate it when you ask a waiter if we can order some drinks and they say ‘let me go and get *your* waiter’. No, take the order and pass it on!

The food was delicious, the desserts especially. The service was good too, they did forget one side but it was quickly rectified with apologies.

I haven’t eaten here for over 7 or more years. We booked a table for lunch. The waiting staff were very good. Plenty choices on the menu and vegan options. I had the salmon but it was over cooked so a little dry. We weren’t rushed to leave. Make sure you have money in the bank as this branch doesn’t take cash 💷… when questioned about that they explained the bank affiliated to Ask doesn’t take cash in the local area so they have to drive out of town.

Food was good, our waitress was lovely and chatty. But it didn't start the best way, we were sat and didn't have any service for close to 10 min as the poor waitress had a big table and another new table sat just moments after us. Was still a pleasant night out.

Ate here Friday early evening, service was terrible, had to wait 15 mins before anyone came and took our order. We ordered food at the same time as drinks and the food arrived first, which reminded them about our drinks. Pasta was overcooked and the sauce was bland. I have given 2 stars for my husband's pizza. No one checked on us, so when the waiter cleared the plates I told him that I hadn't enjoyed the meal at all for which he apologised for. 10 mins later another waiter brought us the bill, even though we hadn't asked for it so we decided to leave as didn't feel very welcome. My pasta had been taken off the bill (not that anyone came to tell me that). Wont be going back. Interesting as the table next to us had great service, the waiting staff couldn't do enough for them!

Lovely meal. Great price. Staff were friendly

Really lucky to get a table as a walk in on a Saturday night. Food was terrific and very tasty. Portion sizes were generous and service was good. Also we were not rushed to leave and were able to sit and talk after our meal.

Booked for lunch today. Perfect service, seating and the food was sooo delicious. We had my baby great grand daughter with us and a high chair was provided along with baby changing facilities. Good prices too. Would defo go here again.😊🤗😋

Nice to go into a restaurant & they are still wearing mask as a lot of places don't. Our waiter was very nice & polite. Food was good. We are glad we booked for the Saturday (even though it was early evening. Table booked 5.15pm) They were having to turn away walk in. This was because they had a large party booked which taken up lot of the tablesWe had a nice evening
