Burger King in Stevenage

Went last night and there were about 4 rats at least, running around my car whilst waiting to order. When the lady asked me for my order I said what had happened and that I no longer wished to order because of what I'd seen. When I asked her if she was aware she said yes and management knew but that they'd done nothing about it. Awful.

Not sure what the point in leaving a comment for the restaurant is for. Leave notes and the chose to ignore it. Ruining someone's meal and then only dover half of it .When you call they decide not to answer. Hardly like they're busy.. they spend their time not paying attention to their work.Absolutely useless.

Got fed up with the traffic jam at McDonald's so gave BK a go... Well worth it! Easy to get served and fast service. Burgers were great, as usual, with the flame-grilled cooking. Very tasty and a nice treat for lunch.

When are you going to hire more people to cover the lunch shifts? Waiting 20-30 minutes for a burger is not normal, even if the place is busy... The staff are really nice and the food is standard Burger King, but you just can't expect people to wait that long with a McDonald's down the road providing a much faster service.

Food is bang on after a 20 min wait, no bacon when I wrote review, floor and seats are always dirty and hand sanitizer wasn't working

Fast efficient service. Friendly staff nothing was too much trouble. Clean tables, lovely place. Visited here after furniture shopping, needed a coffee and a burger. Service was quick and staff very friendly.

This place is so up and down with it's quality and customer experience. Food ain't bad for something quick and easy, always more pricey than other places but that's always been the case. Can sometimes be unbelievably slow with poor guidance between the staff, it seems to be that that employ the minimum amount of people to cover a shift which causes your server to be spending their time making drinks rather than taking orders.

This has got to be the worst Burger King I have had the mispleasure of going in. I would never go back there again. The service was appalling. Kept waiting for well over 20 minutes to receive our order. People's food was coming out before ours, even though they ordered their food about 10 minutes after our order. I thought these places were supposed to be FAST FOOD. Asked for a full refund and walked out. I wouldn't even give it a 1 star but it won't let me give it nothing.

It's always a mix here. Some staff are amazing and polite and you get hot food. Some are rude and don't care. Consistency would be nice.

Possibly the nastiest Burger King I've been to. All tables bar one were filthy and the floor, counter and kitchen/serving areas were just as bad - and customers aren't allowed there!Was so hungry I still bought food but took it away as I couldn't possibly contemplate eating in.To top things off, they hadn't serviced the drinks machine so lots of mixes were out - including coke!
