Ordered countless times, one time they miss an item, confirm I can have it replaced next time, then refuse to send next time

Absolutely shocking service, ordered a 20 inch pizza and a large fries, I asked for some sauce for the pizza and he tried to charge me £7.80 for just the sauce! Told him to take it off and he laughed.So there you have it.. poor service and the food is terrible

We have ordered from here a lot over the last few years and recommended to many people, but sadly, after last night that has changed:I ordered from their own website a create your own pizza (4 toppings) with black olives, sweetcorn, pineapple & pepperoni. There is a place for notes re the order, so I added 'please could you put the pepperoni only on half of the pizza'. (My wife and daughter are vegetarian).The pizza arrived and when we sat down to eat, I opened the pizza to find there was no pepperoni, but chicken all over it. I called straight away and spoke to a young lady (very politely).I explained and she said they would send another one out. I reiterated to her to make sure the pepperoni was only on half the pizza as my wife and daughter are vegetarian. She confirmed this.The second pizza arrived, and again we sat down to eat. I opened it to find this one did have pepperoni, but it was all over the pizza. I phoned straight away and spoke to the young lady who i had spoken to earlier.I explained what had happened and she said that that is extra as it is half and half! I asked why she didn't mention this when I called earlier and she didn't know what to say. I then asked for the manager.I explained to him that I had ordered on their website and left notes. He said 'we don't read the notes as people often ask for free things'!! I said what's the point of having somewhere to write notes then.He said I need to get in touch with the website. What does that mean. I asked him to send another one out and all he kept saying was contact the website and the pizza is more as it is half and half (even though the create your own is 4 toppings and one half would have only had 3!!).My wife then called to further explain, but he didn't want to listen or admit they had made a mistake. He said he would make another one but we would have to collect. We said that wasn't an option. She asked for the owners name, but he said the owner was out and refused to give it to her. He then said he was going to block our number and doesn't want our business anymore. He was so rude and has lost good business.If you do order from here, I hope you have a much better experience than us!

Been a while since I’ve ordered from Cheese pizza.... to be honest I think I’d rather order from here than dominos.My pizza was tasty, it wasn’t greasy at all and it tasted fresh.They could use more options when it comes to puddings... maybe do some hot cookies or something but otherwise a great choice for a pizza

Accidentally defaulted to my old address. Driver called I gave him the correct address. He turned up threw me my food walked away swearing at me and slammed my gate. I called the store they didnt care. I then got harassing messages from the driver which is against GDPR. Awfull customer service and mediocre food.

Absolutely disgusting customer service, couldn’t take my card details down quick enough didn’t listen to me when I was asking a few questions, infact completely ignored me like I wasn’t speaking to him, then done the same when I questioned him about ignoring me, but was quick enough to shout hello 4 times down the phone to me when I asked him to hold on for 2 seconds because I needed to get my card out of my phone case!!!! I ended up taking my service elsewhere, will not be using again, used to recommend them a lot, certainly not anymore! Appalling!

Just travelled 237 miles through heavy traffic. Order was accepted but cancelled when I queried by text why it was 25 minutes late. This is bizarre and leaves us hungry. Too late to order elsewhere. Sorry customer service that does not engender trust. Will never order from here again.

Fantastic pizza and nice quick service. I got it home and then nom nom nom no more pizza I really dont see why they have had bad reviews as they are certainly better than domino's who put me in hospital with food poisoning. Here the food is always piping hot and always tasty . Thank you cheese pizza see you again soon

Pizzas are really tasty and good value. If paying by cash don't expect the penny change as they don't have them and always round up to the nearest pound.

Didn't deliver pizza paid on card. Didn't even hear knock on door I runf two hours later saying I have to collect and refused me a refund. I would not recommend anyone to eat from this dirty place...
