Downtown Pizza in Stevenage

Great friendly crew in the shop everything they produce is dam good just try them you won't be disappointed.

Ordered 2 mixed kebabs but one just had one meat and not the 2 selected so paid extra for nothing. Also ordered apple pie but a carrot cake turned up. Think it's fair to say I won't be ordering from them again.

Order from here alot. I find them good. A couple of misses, but it was high peak time. Always hot, tasty food.

The quality of food here is atrocious stail fries and the chicken burgers are wrong they should be shut down I put a complaint in aswell having see a mouse run out of under one of the cabinets. If you go there just look at the floor enough said about this place don't go

Ordered a lamb doner with salad and no sauce, asked for lettuce and white onion only. Found 6 large green chillies had been purposely hidden inside between the meat, don't deserve to work in a kitchen if you think it's funny messing with ppls food, lucky for them I don't have an allergy, very oily to could of had a swim 🤢

We have been ordering from Downtown for over 15 years and after tonight's ordeal, we won't be ordering from them ever again. It used to be a great place with great food and great service, but over the last few years we have had nothing but wrong or missing orders and then attitude when calling to make them aware of mistakes. We had a comment from our delivery guy on his second visit when he bought us our missing items from the original order, that has made us now completely boycott Downtown. I advise others to follow suit.

If I could give 0 stars I would, appauling customer service and rude staff answering phones. Ordered a meal for me and the partner to which it arrived by an Uber driver in a just eat paper bag and was stone cold!!! I therefore rung the restaurant to make them aware and they played dumb, couldn't find my order name or address, (so they said) on their Uber orders!!! Laughable customer service literally got hung up one when I demanded something was done, I mean who wants a cold meal? We didn't so binned it and wasted our money!!! Will NEVER EVER!!!!! use DOWNTOWN PIZZA & KEBAB STEVENAGE EVER AGAIN!!!!!

I waited an hour and half to be told my food had been delivered to the wrong address.I then had to drive to collect it and when I arrived the staff were not bothered at all. They showed no sympathy and we’re not apologetic. The food was awful and I cannot tell how much I regret ordering from here.Do yourself a favour and AVOID THIS TAKEAWAY!

They ripped off my autistic nephew by charging him double on my mums card. They gave him a reciept from 2hrs before he even went (partially ripped to try and hide that it was the wrong receipt) and then said they under charged him and then made him pay again. Also tried to deny my mum payment when she went back to confront them. Will not be going here again and will be telling everyone not to as well. Angry is an understatement. Disgusting.

Used to be a great kebab shop, now it takes ages and is cold by the time it's delivered. Waited 1 hour and 15 mins to send the food back. Shame as used to be one of the best
