We love going to fire Jack's for the burgers and steaks. They are always cooked to perfection. The meat is tender and tasty. The service is always quick and friendly. The ambiance is beautiful. I highly recommend this place.

Great service, good food but a bit pricey.Starters were cheeseburger spring rolls and sticky chicken skewers. Our main was The Red and The Blue. Tbh really enjoyed the food.

I arrived at fire jacks just after it had opened today and have to say It was for my poor mother which is in hospital so I was hoping to have a fresh amazing meal to take away for her. I was served by Haley (which was lovely and very professional may I add) but I have to say.. It was EVERTHING She could of hoped for!! The food was incredible and cooked to perfection. Definitely Compliments to the chefs!!!! Well done guys best food around

To start, excellent service. Very friendly and knowledgeable server.Food was solid, good flavours, reasonable value. Seated quickly without having to use a silly queuing app or anything. Big fan of the waffle fries

Love this would eat here every day if I could , the staff are friendly and very helpful ,and as for the food it's out of this world ,I am a bit of a steak monster but have seen and tried other dishes and it's faultless and the prices are more than fair with the quality of food ,will definitly be going back

Could be better...could be worse. Been here a few times and my experience has always been okay but never great. My burger was not hot, and only a bit warm. However the fries were good, the halloumi sticks were okay and my sticky toffee pudding was nice. Service was friendly but quite slow, restaurant wasn't even that busy either, was there for over 2 hours. Value wise, it isn't too bad, it's fair, not too expensive but wouldn't say its cheap either. Overall, it's just an okay from me.

Five star service, two star food!Servers were great! Attentive and interested. Food was bang average at best, chicken was quite dry, burger was slightly cold as if they’d been left on the hot plate too long.Very busy, lots of couples & groups drinking cocktails made the atmosphere quite nice (Saturday night)!Good place for a drink/cocktail but wouldn’t recommend eating.

So I recently visited FireJacks and it was a Monday night. It wasn’t very busy but it was the place we wanted to go to. Now it might also be the first place I’ve ever been where the food took less time than the drinks, and the drinks came in a very appropriate time. This did make me wonder as to how a K Jacket could be produced in under 5 minutes and therefore the freshness of the food is very debatable. The k jacker was a nice chicken burger however with a cold dry bun it let itself down. I also got cheesy fries which again were nice but knowing how cheap chips are to produce a few more would have been nice. Sadly firejacks didn’t light up our evening.

Haven't had a bad meal at this place.Had the charcoal bbq chicken wings to start.. really tasty.. not too sweet.the blue and red Burger for main.. was a real taste adventure.. with the blue cheese and the Buffalo sauce combining perfectly. Then finished with dirty donuts... mini donuts drizzled in caramel and chocolate with some cream.Great service.. amazing food really quick and fresh.
