Frankie & Benny's New York Italian Restaurant & Bar - Stevenage in Stevenage

It’s a chain, so one knows what to expect and it pretty much delivers against expectations. Ordered a Big Tom spicy tomato juice but they didn’t have any. Grandkids ordered cherry tomatoes to go on their pizza and they didn’t have any of those either. But smiling service, clean and handy location.

If I'd read the reviews I would have made a mistake and not taken my family in, but the reviews couldn't be further from the truth. Myself my wife and our 2 year old had a fantastic time tonight. Really nice friendly staff, fantastic waitress, good fast service and zero compromise on the quality of food. The food was a cut above the price bracket too. Even baby changing area was immaculate. Really, really highly recommended. Keep up the great work guys and thanks for a great night 🙂

Excellent friendly staff and a good variety of interesting food to choose from. Food was delicious, not too fancy and decent portions. Nice to be able to have a cocktail to go with it too, and the kids' menu worked out well for our hungry 9 year old

Great Italian franchise. The food is always good. But last time, Kyle was amazing. We were in a hurry to see a movie and he was serving many tables at the same time and wen above and beyond to serve us well. I wish I was always served by someone like him.

a little pricey and not filling but quite tasty although it tasted a their alfredo was a bit too soft for my liking.

Came here today on the spur of the moment birthday meal choice for sons 10th birthday today. The server was amazing and so courteous and kind. The place was lovely and warm, and the food was fantastic.Will happily return back, as our local one in Cambridge has now gone.

Tried out the vegan menu and it was really nice! I recommend the wings. Also have a nice selection of cocktails. Was a bonus to be served by James Arthur 😜😜 great service 👍🏻

Can't fault the food and portion sizes. Would have been 5 starts if the chap doing the bookings wasn't rude, he should take note of the rest of the staff as they were fine.
