If you just need a room okay only one lift working and the door was a bit rough on the one that was no evening food, cooked breakfast, polite staff.

I had a single room with a very large bed, so a room for two, I cannot fault the cleanness of my room as well as the bathroom.Reception was first class.Breakfast is great; you can eat what you want, and there are great choices for everyone.It's about a 10 - to 15-minute walk to the old town. I took a very slow walk so considerably longer.I would love to stay there again.

Very good venue for Weddings, parties and good rates, Taj Wedding Services did events here.. Good parking, friendly staff..

Adjacent to Tesco ,the Ibis @ Stevenage centre is great value for money.

Stayed for two nights. Stayed in room 311.The bed was lovely and clean but the carpet was badly stained and looked like blood. Could do with a deep clean.The bathroom was a little tight but again nice and clean. A little over priced at £114.00 with no breakfast.

Will defo come back again, great service, nice room, comfortable sleep, nice hot shower. Great for price

Good and affordable, its bit like a old property, elevators and shared places has to be improved. Over all good and good support from employees

I have to say that this Particular hotel is not at all what it seems, the staff are rude and the Clientele they have in the hotel is Beyond desirable so thank you ibis for Ruining my two day stay. If it wasn’t for the Surrounding areas then I would have been make likeing a Formal complaint
