Masoom Tandoori Express in Stevenage

Ordered via just eat, drive was chatting loudly on phone (RUDE!) then wasted time asking if it's already paid for HE SHOULD KNOW (not professional).Then noticed they didn't supply popadom and pickle like every other Indian in Stevenage, not a good experience.

BEST IN STEVENAGE!Masoom is our go to Curry House, they have fast delivery and food is always piping hot when it arrives.The staff are pleasant and the menu has something for everyone, I would absolutely recommend this place!

The food is good, big menu. HOWEVER do not order through their website or you will start receiving unblockable text messages from them. Attempted to OPT out but doesn't seem to work

Big menu, great food, also deliver which is handy during these times. Definitely recommend. Tried several others in Stevenage, not as good as Masoom.

Ordered for the first time from here last night as our usual Indian wouldn't deliver and the food was brilliant. Very hot, 5 minutes early and delicious. Will definitely be our go to Indian takeaway restaurant now!!

I ordered through just eat. Order was confirmed and delivery was set for 10.15. I called at 10.30 to ask where my order was. Their response was we have not received this order, despite me getting email confirmation. I asked what they could do, to which their response was we don't care and they hung up. I called again and they said they didn't want to hear about my complaint and hung up again. Absolutely shocking service. Do not order from here unless you want to wait over 1.5 hours and not receive an order. Very unhappy.

I have to say I was rather disappointed with the food I recieved this evening!If ordered from here plenty of times without any issue.Tonight we waited around 1 hour for food to be delivered, when it arrived we was un-boxinh and dishing up an noticed that all the hot food was cold or at most luke warm.Cold rice/cold naan bread, cold shesh kebab and the curry dishes were warmish at best.Management should really look into this as this is a huge disappointment to what iv experienced before!

Brilliant taste of food. I have ordered food many times from this place. They also make food of your taste if you want to tailor it to your choice. Good half an hour to forty five minutes delivery time. Food is simply amazing. I have tried every Indian restaurant in Stevenage old town and near by places but they all are bangoli shefs and never got an authentic Indian taste. This is the best in all of them. I love to explore restaurants on weekends and if you are really looking for a good authentic Indian food then I must say this is brilliant choice.
