Nando's Chicken Restaurant in Stevenage

Love this Nandos. Service has improved a lot in the recent times. Grilled chicken is super tender and service is reasonably quick.

It happened twice on 2 different occasions. The chicken liver is burned almost pitched black, very dry, scrapped from the bottom of cooking pan, salty, tasted awful. Stevenage nandos staff will not even eat it or give it to their dogs to feed on. Then why sell this horrible thing to customers. Disgusting. They even forgot to give me one roll not only when I got home then I realised. If I can give zero star I will but sadly the option is unavailable. Stevenage nandos you have lost a customer. Adios

The worst branch of Nandos ever , not the first time .We are a regular customer for Nandos in different cities ( Kettering, Watford , Leicester, Rushadan lakes , Bournemouth , Milton Keynes and StevenGe)Usually we come to Nandos Steveage in the weekend and specially Sundays each tome we have a trouble to make booking through the virtual queue, it gives you false timing and when you ask the staff they reply we are busy if the app says 20 mins it means 45 mins and when I told him why you don’t give actual timing because after waiting 30 mins in the cold weather outside with my kids and you still saying no you need to wait more 15-20 mins you should tell me , he replied in a way if you are not happy it’s up to you , you can leave.Very rude staff no respect what so ever for your kids or cold weather , after30 mins in 2 degree weather my little 2 years kid was sleeping in her push chair I asked them to stay inside for waiting , the reply was no it’s only allowed for the take away and your push chair will block the way.

Took my expensive daughter for a light Sunday lunch here. Was a VERY positive experience and food delicious. She remembered I'd had the Sunset Burger last time we visited Nandos and I opted for another again.Service was excellent and we only had to wait a few minutes for our table using the virtual queuing system. Staff were attentive and friendly.Will visit again next time I have a lunch date with the kids!!!

We went to Nandos this evening. We had an exceptional waitress called Leah. She went above and beyond to give us the best service and was very kind and sweet. Our meals were great!

Worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to! Service was awful, food was cold and drink was flat and warm. Deliveroo drivers were causing a scene cussing out the employees for being too slow place was packed and the police were called, terrible experience.

Great staff, great food. Busy but staff really helpful. Ordering by mobile app was painful just ended up using counter service to order/pay.

Was waiting 40 minutes before bringing it to someone's attention. Once we did, it seemed like our order had been checked out by mistake, and they got the food to us within 5 minutes from then. The manager Sean was very nice and apologetic and offered us a free dessert for the inconvenience.Food was great quality 😋started off bad ended up pretty good! thanks to the staff handling the mistake well :)

We had been here for lunch. Ordered chicken, corn-on-cob, fries, fino pita, houmous, fries & salad as parts of various dishes. My "extra hot" chicken was excellent but since I am used to having spicy food, I didn't find it extra hot. Other items were very good too but not excellent. The place was clean, the service good but what this place really scores in is value-for-money.I heartily recommend this place.

Nice open plan diner. Has nice hideaway spots still. Feels spacious for its size. Clean and professional. Staff always very welcoming and friendly. Well located . Free parking and plenty of spaces
