Pizza Gogo in Stevenage

Never actually eaten there but whilst sat in my car at the back of the restaurant waiting for someone I saw multiple rats freely going in and out of rear door which was wide open leading straight into the kitchen. Can't imagine that being a good thing 🤢🤮

Waited over an hour for delivery on a weekday. Can’t keep calling to remind them

So much better than the big names in town. Decent friendly guys in the shop and the food is the best around. Also, great prices too. 10/10!

I do not know why people have been complaining about Pizza Go Go. I have never had an issue here and have ordered pizza here 10's of times as my Dad knows someone who works there. Whenever we visited Stevenage town, I was always asking to get pizza here. Good for the money, good deals. Good pizza, 10/10.

I've never had issues with their pizzas and found them to be always fresh and tasty. Much better than other fancy places.

We haven't ordered in over a year as they made mistakes every time, or where late or just didn’t turn up.A year later, nothing has changed, they did replace the “faulty” pizza and pretty quickly, so avoided 1 star. But you expect better service,Pizzas were nice and sideS were okay.

Ordered a pizza from the Stevenage branch and to my surprise found a staple within it whilst eating! I contacted the store however was informed rather rudely that they couldn't do anything about it as I didn't call within 30 minutes of collection. I also emailed customer service but had no response. I am sharing this information so hopefully other people do not get the same service more importantly a child doesn't come across a staple incase a more serious incident occurs!

So I have order two large pizza today and they send me two medium pizzas. So I called them and ask them that why is that they said it has been a misunderstanding we will give you 3 pounds discount next time you order. They didn’t even say sorry instead they didn’t hesitate to be extremely rude.

Terrible pizzas only order if you really have no other option.So sorry ignore this post it is meant to reflect Hatfield pizza gogo I haven't tried this particular gogo.I would order and try for yourself.To the owner im very sorry for the mistake.

Delivery was quick, within 30 minutes. Toppings were nice but pizza dough itself was cheap and definitely didn't taste fresh. I'm guessing the fresh dough they make daily goes straight into the freezer or something. It's probably the worst of the major pizza chains. Sides were okay and the churros were pretty good. Not bad if there is a deal on but probably won't be reordering from here any time soon.
