Pizza Hut in Stevenage

Adnam? apparent manager. whomever you maybe... Worker at said pizzahut. the Rudest person whomever i have spoken with. disgusting attitude toward a customer. really giving the delivery sector a bad rep. shouting down the phone, because deliveroo doesnt give the correct options when ordering toppings.I hope the manager checks these reviews. we order regurlarly. but this phone operator/employee should be sacked as he is hindering future business

update jan 2022 absolutely shocking new management clueless! answer phone but wont take order saying you have to do it online! waste of space wont be using again!

I will not order a pizza anymore in this pizzeria the ingredients I do not see on the pizza I paid with double portions and I got single ones, the gentleman who delivered the pizza said that he waited 20 minutes which was a lie, I had to go to get the pizza myself, I ordered potato dumplings I did not get when I asked where. you are arguing with me that I did not have such an order, I do not know what I paid for, the worst pizza I ate, not pleasant service, only arguing, I do not recommend

Contrary to the reviews on here, I have visited this Pizza Hut 3 times (maybe even 4) in the past 3 months and I have to say it is excellent! This is one of the best Pizza Hut Deliveries that I have been to as staff are friendly and pizza is hot. Choose the right pizza, and you won't be disappointed. My only complaint, if it even is a complaint, is for staff to stand up against rules to wear masks. Masks do not work but pizza will always work! ;)

Ordered via Just Eat. Took over an hour to even confirm order. Rang shop - basically couldn't care less about customer experience. Says his Just Eat tablet isn't working. No apology. Honestly said he's busy enough without taking any Just Eat orders anyway. Only customers can stop this shop being busy enough. Please try to resolve by ordering from elsewhere. Atrocious customer service.

I've had multiple delivery drivers refuse to deliver the pizza to my door claiming they aren't allowed to enter blocks of flats, stating that it's a Stevenage branch delivery policy. Can you explain the logic behind this to me please? They don't deliver pizzas to the top of a cul-de-sac then call the resident and ask them to come and collect it from the top of the street? Pizza hut is the only delivery company I have had this issue with. Can you explain how its fine for my groceries to be delivered to my door but it's apparently too dangerous for your delivery driver to get in a lift to complete the delivery?Really disappointing service. I will be ordering from Papa John's or Dominoes in the future. At least they actually understand the definition of the word delivery.

Ordered at 15.14 to make sure there was plenty of time for it to be delivered at 17.15. Called at 17.25 to be told they are waiting for drivers to arrive. I get it’s Christmas Eve, but when you have two hours to prepare you make sure you have staff in place!!! Shocking. No apologies or anything.
