Prezzo - Stevenage Leisure Park in Stevenage

If I could give minus stars I would. Prior to leaving this 'restaurant' I popped to the loo and wished I hadn't. If I'd visited the women's toilets before eating I would've left before ordering anything. The most disgusting, filthy toilets I've ever seen in my life. Literally, every single toilet unusable. I reported the toilets to staff and they seemed totally unbothered which reflected the service prior to that which was lackadaisical to say the least, considering they barely had any customers. I felt nauseated for the rest of the evening. Suffice to say, I won't make a repeat visit.

Worst family meal i have had in a while, very costly for what we had too. Crab and lobster ravoli tasted like a pot of cream had been poured over it. It was deducted in price. I asked waiter for cutlery and black pepper and it didn't appear so had to take from another table. Certainly will not return.

Poor service. Starters took a while to materialise! Never good when you actually have to ask for cutlery and the waitress was oblivious we had none having delivered main meals. Drinks order was wrong. To top it all.... 3 out of 4 mains turned up but no sight of the 4th for 10mins. When enquired the response was I dunno. It did turn up shortly after, having travelled via the wrong table. Food was nice but service spoilt it. Won't return for a while.

Very beautiful and comfortable environment with friendly staff and superb service. I had spaghetti bolognese which I enjoyed but the best for me was the red drink and although I have forgotten the name, I urge you to try it. The red drink is in the attached picture.My partner on the other hand didn't really like the grilled chicken and mushrooms he ordered but the cool thing was, he was refunded. We will definitely go back to try out other menus.

nice food but smaller portions that we expected from the price we paid. all in all would recommend a different site to this as the food was nice, the staff however were not. service was very clumsy and the waiter was not at all pleasant towards us

We went here for my wife’s birthday after going to the leisure park with the extended family.They provided a free bottle of Prosecco for my wife for her birthday and most of the food for the party was really nice, but my wife’s burger and my daughters burger were both burnt.When raised, they refunded us for the burgers and were very apologetic.

The food was bad, in small portions and expensive. Went last night here as the next door Italian place was packed and with 1h waiting list. This place had 10 tables with people, 2 were birthdays and 3 were people that came with us from next door, but still had to wait 10 min for our order to be taken with 4 waiters in the room. Little did we knew why at the time. The starters were bigger in the children's menu deal and the fried mozzarella passed the mark of ok food. My main was child size and had a strand of hair on the side of the plate...My little ones weren't satisfied with a menu that in theory was for 5-13 and mine are 1.5 and 4. Would certainly not recommend.

Food was nice but the 'background' music was far too loud. Very busy, even at 14:30 when we went and it took a long time to get our order taken and for the table to be cleared between courses, food did come quickly once the order was placed. Also made a mistake allowing my son to mistakingly order a cheesecake that could only be had as a small slice with a coffee and tried to charge full price for that cheesecake without the drink! Also made a mistake on the bill by adding my other son's kid meal drinks on as separate chargeable items when they should have been included in the deal. Check your bill carefully at the end!
