The Bombay Restaurant in Stevenage

So, these days I expect half chicken breast and half mechanically reclaimed chicken. This time the whole bloody dish (Chicken Tikka Bhuna) was mechanically reclaimed chicken, like eating rubber chicken - awful.

New favourite local Indian, especially when the owner cooks!

Staff are lovely. Food amazing. Lovely toilets, really important for us ladies. Would highly recommend visiting Bombay.

This restaurant has been in the High Street for many years, I used to go as a young teen after numerous pub crawls, it was great then and still is now. Great friendly service and great food.

Classic high street curry house. Attentive service and traditional decor. Big menu. Lamb Passanda was delicious without being too rich, oily, or overly-creamy.

My wife and I have just had a meal delivered from the Bombay, in Stevenage, old town, high Street, and I have to say it is one of the best Indian takeaway meals we have ever had.It tasted absolutely fantastic, it was as well presented as a takeaway meal could be, complete with sauces and side salad.We will definitely be ordering from this restaurant again. Perfect.

Good food and service. Wasn't disappointed. £11.95 for a 4 course banquet menu on Tuesdays. Cheap and good size portions.
